  1. Please add the ability to sort the phone voicemail list so that unheard messages are at the top. The small dot is very easy to miss when scrolling.

For presence, I get a fly-out menu which lets me set a new presence status with one click, at least on the desktop app.For the status text, I always have to click once, which opens a dialog, and then click on the status text I want to display. If you change your status text frequently, these additional clicks and mouse movements add up and get annoying.It would be nice if there was a menu like for the presence, which opens on hovering and allows for choosing the text by a single click, and a way to get to the dialog…

When adding numbers that need to be blocked from the app (Admin tools > User management > user ext > Screening, Greeting & Hold Music > Blocked Call > Only block these numbers or area codes > Specific numbers), the option to Add More Numbers is located at the very bottom of the page. This should be located at the very top of the page. This will speed up the process of adding blocked numbers. We have lots of blocked numbers, and we have to scroll through lists of numbers just to get to the option to add more numbers.

  10. Customer wants the call forwarded to AI answering machine (Pop Menu) where the AI will get all the needs of the customer, and if the customer wants to talk to a live person, the AI will transfer it to an extension that includes all the managers of the company

Hi Team,We have been receiving concerns that customers are unable to log in using the Express Link as their email filtering service either on the PC or phone is adding info on the string like https://mimecast.com or https://urldefense.com prior the express link. We would like to submit a request to avoid issues whenever the express links are filtered by email filtering services.

  13. We commonly have team members use emoji's react to posts. When performing investigations we have found there does not seems to be a way to see a time stamp of when the user reacted with an emoji to a post and we can only see the date/timestamp of the post itself.We would like to not only see the user that had the reaction, but the date/time they reacted to it.

  14. It would be useful to be able to send a text to personal contacts that have been added to groups. Having to add each personal contact individually is cumbersome and tedious! Anyone that uses RingCentral to send texts would benefit from this!

    Feature Request : Have a Read Only Option when Telus Business Connect User is sending out SMS

    Details : Telus Business Connect User should be able to send out an SMS to single or multiple recipients that is a Read Only. Not giving option for the recipient to reply back.

    Significance of the feature : Intended for businesses who only wants to send announcements to their clients/recipients and doesnt require responses.

    Current behavior : No capability to set up OB SMS to be read only from recipient's end

  20. We use the option to provide pop up information (website) about the customer for our customer care team and it is really usefull. The issue is the URL is opened for every incoming call, including internal ones.Is it possible to add the option so the internal calls can be excluded (I mean the external app or the URL is not activated for internal calls but still work for external calls)?oWould be nice to have the option available for RC Phone and RC Web/App so the option is there for whatever the app user use.
