Add notes on voicemail and arranging the voicemail

not able to fit all data on the screen, not allowed to adjust columns to see more info.. such as cutting off caller id name and no way to see it.. also, no way to add notes to voicemail, or arrange the order of voicemails

    We share a voicemail inbox across providers each with varied and constantly changing work schedules, and having no way to add notes or reorder voicemails means context gets lost between handoffs. Even basic notes would be a big workflow win for shared inboxes like ours.
