  2. Wanted to increase the number of seconds to input the code. Customers are given 60 seconds to input the code and wanted to extend the number of seconds from 60 seconds to maybe 90 seconds or 120 seconds.

  3. Hopefully, it will be added as a feature so that the customer can forward the calls to an external number for a certain number of minutes. For example the call will be forwarded to a mobile number for 10 minutes and automatically revert back to the original call forwarding settings

  4. I have been using Ring Central for the past 2 weeks and I wanted to inquire about a feature that would be very useful to our staff here in Hillsborough County. Some phone systems, like Remind, have a translation feature similar to what you see on platforms such as Facebook. Basically, one can type text messages in any language and the recipient can translate it with the click of a button (and vice versa). That feature would be a game changer for us and a HUGE selling point for your company as well, if and when you market Ring Central…

  5. Our company has no office; everyone works from their homes. Every day the RingCentral app asks for an emergency location. We have one mailing address and that's what I put in, but the next day it asks again. Being that everyone works from their homes, no one would use RingCentral to make an emergency call -- they would use their cellphone. Thus, we should be able to turn off the software's constant badgering to set a location. I was told by support that it is currently not possible.

  7. It would be helpful if statuses were visible on the task bar. That way, when the application is minimized on my desk top, I can see that I have myself in available or do not disturb. I continually forget to double check my status is available when coming back from lunch or the bathroom at work.

  13. The ring central app does not display incoming calls properly - they show up as OUTBOUND calls while in progress, then take up to a minute after the call is completed to actually show up with the correct details. This has always been the issue since the APP was released!

Description:We need to have the RingCentral Unified app HUD to display complete presence information (On a call, Unavailable, etc...) of Users who are using different app platforms of RingCentral (ie. RingCentral Phone). Currently the Unified app HUD can only display Available and DND status of Users who are using the RingCentral Phone app. We do not want to force our Users to transition from the RingCentral Phone app to the RingCentral Unified app due to our company's usage policy.

Call numbers that are not stored in E.164 (e.g. in connected CRM systems) should be callable.Specifically, there are customers who currently have systems in which the phone numbers are not entered correctly.These customers cannot switch to Unify Office / Ring Central because the correction would require a lot of effort.The requirement is to convert any phone number into a dialable E.164 format.Example:+49 (0) 8153 1234567 must be converted to +49 8153 1234567.Almost all UC systems available in Germany / Europe support this function.

However, it mostly relies on the audio output of the host computer through the mic. It also, stutters so much.
