Be able to turn off Emergency Location requests
Our company has no office; everyone works from their homes. Every day the RingCentral app asks for an emergency location. We have one mailing address and that's what I put in, but the next day it asks again. Being that everyone works from their homes, no one would use RingCentral to make an emergency call -- they would use their cellphone. Thus, we should be able to turn off the software's constant badgering to set a location. I was told by support that it is currently not possible.

We have a site where an employee had a medical emergency and dialed 9-1-1 from the phone in the store and it routed the call to wrong Police Department in a different city because someone went in and changed the emergency location on the desktop application. I am guessing the application updated or prompted them to confirm the emergency address and they just clicked through it and selected the wrong location. It prompts them way too often like the user above stated. I would like the ability to turn this off from the user's end. I see there is a spot to override their setting. But it does not seem to actually override it and support sent me to this thread that was brought to the developers attention but I see this has been under review since 2022... Also nothing was shown in the audit trail for when the address was changed
