  1. In the mobile app, users are able to see and access Paging Group Contacts under the Other tab. You can then click Page announcement and make a page. There is also an option to "Add to quick contacts". This works and shows up on both the mobile app and the desktop app, however you are unable to use the Contact in the desktop app. There is no way to easily create a simple way to page.   2. Emergency Location keeps popping up whenever starting the RC applications on the computer/desktop. We'd like to check if it's possible to incorporate the emergency location settings (like options to keep the address as is and won't be asking to confirm whenever opening the apps). This will lessen the hassle from the customers' part.

  3. I would like to request an enhancement for our meeting scheduling feature. Currently, when scheduling a meeting using "meeting info," the meeting does not appear on the "Upcoming Meetings" tab, making it challenging for users who do not utilize Microsoft or Google calendars.Adding this functionality would greatly improve the user experience by enabling easy tracking of meetings scheduled through "meeting info."Thank you for considering this request.

Currently, it is normal behavior that if you forward the calls to other numbers ( 10 digits numbers) it will only ring the device that is online on the account (deskphone)It would be beneficial for us if there would be an option to make the application also ring if we forward the call to a different RingCentral number ( different account ).

  5. RingCentral Extension in the Brave browser (based on Chromium/Chrome). Turn off the notifications generated by the extension, but every time I try to block them, it automatically selects Allow. Need to disable the notification via the browser and not from the Windows notification settings, because if it's disabled via Windows notification it will also disable all browser notifications from installed extensions on any browser.

  6. The Dial tone are too short and it is not being recognized by other companies, We would like to have a feature wherein the tones on the app will work the same as the physical phone where you can hold and press the number so that the tone would stay longer when you press it.

Play the recorded message once the outbound call is answered by the third-partyI believe that this feature would be valuable for the following reasons:It would provide transparency to the third party about the call being recorded.It could help to reduce the number of dropped calls, as the third party would know that the call is being recorded and would be less likely to hang up.

  9. It would be much more helpful to see a list of scheduled upcoming video meetings on the video page under upcoming meetings that extends beyond the day or a couple of days. In Zoom, a user is able to see all scheduled meetings. Even though my calendar is linked and I can see the meetings in calendar bookings, there are not visible to me in the RingCentral app. This is a huge flaw in my opinion.

  10. Skygen (Jake) wanted to chat with someone who was off-line at the time. In Teams, he would right-click on the person’s name and select, “Notify me when available”. I spend a couple minutes looking for it, but didn’t find how to do a similar function in RC on the MVP side of the house

  13. Currently, the max view that we can see in the RingCentral App for scheduled meetings is 3 days. We wanted to have the option to view the meetings that were scheduled ahead of time Weeks or Months. We are used to using GoToMeeting where if you schedule a meeting for the future…like a board meeting…and that meeting has a password, you can change the password at any time. With RingCentral, you have to wait until the meeting is less than three days away in order to change it. That isn’t useful at all for us.

  14. We are only allowed to login using the message-only extension credentials with the mobile app/admin portal. It will be very helpful if we can log in with the desktop/web app.

  15. You should be able to set the do not disturb setting to expire after a certain period of time, rather than having to remember to go in and turn it off. Sometimes we set it just for a meeting and then realize the next day it is still set to do not disturb.
