Access call recordings for all users via Application
Customer would like to have the ability to access all call recordings for all users when logged in as a super admin (or any users that has the role/ability to access call logs) on the application (especially mobile application)

Having two storage locations does not make sense, the RC mobile app is otherwise excellent but it makes no sense not to be able to access the call log relevant to your logged in credentials and to need to revert to a desktop login to listed to calls or to see which calls have come in for a set period when the user is also receiving emails about missed calls but they do not show on the RC mobile app log.

The client said that it would be better to have an access on all extensions call recording on his Super Admin Access on the RC app.

I need this feature, for my office manager to check recorded calls without accessing my admin portal.

Please make this available. It would be so much easier to have an admin user who has access to all recordings within the organization to quickly review a call from the "Recordings" tab in the application rather than having to go to the Admin Portal and run a report.

I just moved back to ringcentral from aircall.io. They had the ability for a owner super admin to view and listen to all reordings made by different extentions in the app. Very usefull. Z
