Number instead of red dot for Windows desktop app chat notification
Instead of seeing how many new messages were received, it just shows a red dot in the RC Taskbar icon. Could we please have the option to make that a number again?

Add the ability in HUD to "Drop" / "Terminate" an active call/call on hold
I recently had to contact RingCentral tech support because one of our customer service representative placed a called on hold and then their RingCentral desktop program froze. After closing the program and getting back open their status was still "On a call" and it showed that call was on hold. There was no way to get rid of that status. The representative was unable to receive any new incoming calls from the call queues they were in. The RingCentral technician wasn't able to resolve this issue. Call company contacts listed within RingCentral App Contacts List
When searching for the Limited Extensions within the contacts list of the RingCentral All in One app, I noticed that they were not appearing. I also noticed that for the regular extensions (Digital Line Premium) that have not been activated (aka Placeholder Accounts), are also not appearing within the contacts list of the RingCentral All in One app.I do not recall this issue occurring within the original RingCentral Phone desktop app...I recall noticing all company contacts were listed within the contacts list of this RC Phone desktop app.Bring back the ability to search for all company contacts within the RC…

If you get an direct gsm call on your mobile phone you should get a presence indication, like in a mobile call, in the Ringcentral App.

Increase Call Log Download Bandwidth from service.ringcentral.com
I am requesting an increase in the download speed of call logs from service.ringcentral.com. The download speed has decreased substantially over the years and has a significant impact on productivity and QOS.We routinely download call logs with file sizes apx. 1.5-2 MB and see a download time of 2-2.5 min per file. In testing with a Ring Central representative, we determined this is due to server load.

Open/view faxes directly on PDF
You need to download the fax before you can open on PDF of another app to edit the fax. On the old RC app, you could automatically open fax in PDF app. It's helpful because it would eliminate the step of downloading the file.

Be able to delete export report manually from RC app
currently the export reports ran in RC app by admins fall off automatically after 30 days. Admins would like to be able to delete those export reports manually before the 30 days mark.

Rename the 'To voicemail' button when there's an incoming call when voicemail is disabled.
At the moment, when voicemail has been disabled from permissions, the 'To voicemail' is still an option when voicemail has been disabled. When pressed, it plays an announcement and disconnects as it should. The 'To voicemail' button can be quite misleading for users. The button should be renamed to 'Reject' or 'Decline' when voicemail has been disabled.

Display both Caller & Line ID on screen in the mobile app in situations where users have more than one line
I have two lines coming in to my mobile app. I need to be able to see the caller ID and also the line ID, so I know how to answer the phone appropriately.

Mass import of personal contacts into phone's contact directory.
I recently imported via csv file about 300 "personal contacts" on my RingCentral account. On my Polycom phone, when these contacts call in, I see their names (like CallerID). However, when I search in my Directory under "Contact Directory", they do not show up. I would like a way to add contacts to my directory all at once (for instance, import them like I can on RingCentral). I know that I can add them manually one by one but this is highly inconvenient.

Incoming faxes identified as Robocalls
The customer reported that users had received legitimate faxes labeled as Robocalls. He has been informed that adding their clients' phone numbers to "Trusted Numbers" is a way to ensure that they are not treated as robocalls. Since the customer has been receiving faxes from various clients, it would be extremely beneficial if the system could determine a way to distinguish a legitimate fax sender from a non-legitimate number.

Notes area in call details
Hi there, I think it would be very useful to have a notes section under the call details. That way I can add notes to the call to remind myself what the call was about and who the call was from.
If this could get implemented in the future that would be great.

Add an editable title to pinned posts
When a post is pinned to a conversation, what the pinned side-tab shows is the first few words from the pinned post. But unfortunately, those first few words generally don't identify what is in the pinned post -- e.g. it might start with "I thought I'd share with everyone...". So the list of pinned posts is kind of useless when you're looking for something specific since you have to tap on each of them individually to see what's inside them. It would be super helpful for a pinned post to have an editable title so that the pinner can clearly…

Default / Recalled Meeting Settings
When creating a new meeting in the app, it would be handy to be able to either configure default settings, or to have the settings from the last meeting remembered.At the moment, it defaults to 1 hr duration when I more often than not set mine to 30 min. I also always use my Personal Meeting ID, but the meetings are always set with it unchecked by default. Even having a default meeting title option would be nice, as most of my meetings use the same or similar names.

Would be nice if we could press a button in the rc app to see the people connected to a conference call.

Ability to Remove Tabs/Feature in the RC App Desktop View
After turning off the feature using the Custom Role, the feature/tab in the RC App should be removed as well but it still shows in the RC App (example: Text and Fax features including Discover Apps)
