Customers keep hanging up because when they are hearing a continuous ringing they believe they are being transferred and not on hold.
Parking a call is the same as putting a call on hold so it makes sense that you would hear some type of on hold music or message. -

We have a team of six and we have to park the calls to answer them as quickly as possible so we don't lose any business. It is important for customers to hear our music on hold music that instructs them to order online instead of calling. Since we can no longer use hold and must use park calls with this new system, it is very important to be able to upload the message for customers to hear while their calls are parked.
