Admin can change other users' presence status and presence message
If a user doesn't show up for work (calls out sick, for example), their Available/Busy status cannot be updated by anyone else, so all other users see their presence as whatever their last status was, and they think that the user is at their desk when they are not there. It would be helpful if an Admin user could change other users' Available/Busy status, and the presence message, so that all other users would know the true status of the user.

This is a huge need in our office for users who are out sick. We use the HUD to know who is in the office and available for calls and we do not allow our staff to work outside of office hours so they do NOT have the app on their cell.

I have 2 team members out on extended leave that left their status as available & i would like changed but with admin priveleges I can't even do that. It helps my team know when someone is in the offie

This is similar to what I am asking for. I do not want anyone to see the status at all - no status showing. These users are my staff and they are keeping tabs on each other, which I am trying to discourage. As the admin, providing me with the ability to remove the “status” of whether they are available, offline, etc. would be a tremendous help!

As Admins we can do just about anything else, why are we not able to change a user's status??

Customer requesting to have the admin on the portal to have the ability to change the status of the User on the app.
