Cut down on video processing time
I created a test video that I recorded and it was about a 30 second video. It is still processing and it's been about 30 minutes so far. I was able to record a similar video with Snag It and that was a 10 second video and it took seconds to process.

Text and Contact organizing
In my specific role, I send a large number of texts every day that correlates to a set of contacts. Right now they just appear as an endless stream of texts. I would have the option to organize these into folders by date. This would allow me to easily access who I have reached out to and would let me organize them to easily access in the future. I believe having the option to organize contacts and texts and even calls into folders would be invaluable to all departments

Outbound Caller ID Drop-down Alphabetical
Allow the outbound caller ID drop-down to be sorted alphabetically. It is this way in the mobile app but not the desktop app.

Option to send pictures to a five digit text number
It is not possible right now to send a photo to a five digit number, it must be a full number. This makes it very difficult when traveling

Listen to Recorded Calls Through Mobile App
It would be nice if we could listen to the recorded calls through the mobile app. It always takes me a while to figure out where it's located in the admin panel. Having it available in the app would make it much easier to find and listen to especially if you're not near a computer.

Release Notifications ahead of schedule
When updates/ new releases are scheduled send customers an email notification with changes to expected ahead of implementation.

Allow call forwarding (NOT TRANSFER) to a soft endpoint (i.e. computer) like the old version did
Allow call FORWARDING (not TRANSFER) from one soft endpoint to another. The older Ring Central Phone app had this. The new Ring Central Desktop app does not. Removing existing features from a new product seems counter-intuitive.

Allowing customers to log in using their email address to a different account even if it is already associated to another account.
It would be more convenient for the customer if the system can allow the same email address to be used as a log in credential even if email address also associated to another account.

Template for Intercom and Presence setting
Whenever there's a new user, the admin will need to configure the intercom and presence one by one. IT will be helpful to just apply a template for it.

Tablet view for mobile app
Many mobile apps offer a different view for tablet devices to make best use of the larger screen. I'm envisioning a layout similar to the desktop app, for example on the message tab, have the list of DMs and Teams on the left, and the content for the selected message thread on the right.

Enable "pause/mute" automatic call recording for call queue
Currently we are unable to pasus or mute recording in a call acceptted via call queue if we have automatic recording turned on.Please implement this feature as this will be a breach of Australian regulations.

Group Message to Team You Aren't a Part Of
It would be helpful to be able to send a group message directly to a team or department rather than having to input each individual person's name. For example, if I'm not a part of a specific team but want to send them a message, I would simply create a new message and enter the department/team name and then it would send a message to everyone within that group. This would be helpful for those trying to contact a department that they aren't a part of and don't know each individual in the group.

simultaneously sharing two monitors/screens on a web sharing session
With a normal video meeting session, we can ONLY share one screen at a time and need to switch between screens. we hope to have a feature in RingCentral applications that we can share 2 monitors or screens at the same time, with this said, the other participants also have 2 monitors/screen to view them simultaneously.

Showing A List Of Scheduled Video Meetings In New App
I do not want to connect my Outlook calendar to the new app but I do want to see my scheduled video calls listed under Meetings. I can see them in your web portal and loved how I could see them in your old RC Meetings app. Please figure out a way to allow users to see their scheduled video meetings listed in the new app without having to go to Outlook (or Google Calendar).

Android Auto Answer Calls
I need to be able to at least answers calls using Android Auto. Currently, it just rings to my phone and I'm not able to grab my phone and answer it while driving.

Please add drag and drop functionality to the fax feature in the Ring Central App
The Ring Central Classic App had drag and drop functionality for outgoing faxes. This has been lost with the transition to the new app and should be built into it.

Eliminate drop-down from "Voicemail" to "All Voicemail" (HUD also)
Unlike categories such as Fax or Text, here there's only one option, so I shouldn't have to click on Voicemail only to expose the only option of "All Voicemail." Waste of steps = waste of time. One button would do the trick.

have a custom preset status where her team can just select from
I'm trying to find out if there's a way for me to save additional pre-set status for my team and I, that are more applicable to our work flow? within the ring central app, each team member/user has the ability to change their status (such as working remotely, on vacation, out of office, etc)
I would like to be able to add (and SAVE) our own custom status that couled be more applicable to our work and work flow2 votes
