Contact presence should be more descriptive than just a colored dot
Contact presence should show words like available, unavailable, in a meeting, etc beyond just the colored dot. Currently, when dialing a phone you have to click on the contact name to see the presence status. Also, a gray dot may not be readily understood.

WordPress Plugin Chatbox to link to our current RingCentral Users
Can a WordPress plugin be created? This plugin would allow our visitors on our site to directly chat with our RingCentral users. Similar to RChee.

Ring Central needs to do a better job of parsing URLs
Attached I have a text chat with 4 URLs in it. For some reason RC is only parsing one of them as a URL. The rest behave as plain text. Position in the message doesn't seem to matter either, if the .org URL is in the middle of a message it will still be parsed as a URL and RC will create a hyperlink for it. Since .pvt is not a valid TLD but is a valid URL for our company I think it would be better if anything that started with http was parsed for a valid URL and…

Monitoring Impromptu Conference Calls
We have several users that have impromptu conference calls. They are requesting the ability to see who is on the call and then have the ability to drop callers as their part of the call is over. Currently, to insure that a caller that should not be privy to additional details, they have to drop the entire call and then start a new conference call with the smaller group.

Prevent app from minimizing to system Tray
When I log in the following day, open up Ring Central and go to take a call, the client is often bugged out and the call never comes through which If I were one of our customers that just waited on hold for 30 minutes only to find the person that connected can't hear me, it would piss me off. I've come to realize this is because the Application NEVER CLOSES when you press the close button. If I wanted to minimize it I would press the MINIMIZE button. Add external contacts to desk phones using Desktop App HUD
Using the HUD in the Desktop App, you can add your internal RingCentral contacts to your desk phones. It would be a huge quality of life upgrade to have the ability to add any of your contacts, whether RingCentral, or for example, synced from Outlook, to your desk phone's display through the HUD.

Ring Central (Classic) red customizable "Busy" Status
Please consider providing a way to set a red "Busy" Status manually without blocking message sounds the way the "Do Not Disturb" Status does in Ring Central (Classic).
Preferably a customizable Status where you could put a Red busy color, and then type in the reason for "Busy" (i.e. - Away, Training, etc ...).

Conversations with terminated employees need to remain available to view and/or convert to team
When colleagues leave the company, any direct messages with them and/or with other people disappears from the left panel in the desktop app. The only way to find it is to search for a keyword in the conversation and then open that conversation from search results. This is very tedious to do each time we need to refer to it. I've tried to convert it to a team but that option is not present on conversations with terminated employees. Calls Sent to Voicemail Not Marked as "Missed Calls"
You don't need to alert me to a "missed" call for those I intentionally sent to voicemail. Or at least give me a toggle that lets me choose if I want it to be listed as such.

Change the RingCentral VMWare service to machine wide install
During our testing with the RingCentral app it was determined that the service only installs as the user who installs it. In a floating desktop pool, this is a process which does not work well. Additionally, it requires the end user to install it during their session whereas it would be best to install this on the master image itself so all end users receive it. Can this be added as an install option?

Super Admins should be able to delete anything at anytime
other non admin users do post files to RC. These files are constantly being updated by other users and admins creating numerous verisons of the same file. Super admins should be able to go it and delete attached files and links at any time to help "clean up" current teams, files, links, etc.

Code snippet is narrow, needs to expand to width of window
It's nearly impossible to read a code snippet at the moment. Basically the options are to copy the entire thing to a local text editor or download. Please make it easier to view in the app

Disable file sharing by default
Disable all Manage file sharing until turned on by an ADMIN. Since this new app has 0 content examination end users can could sent what ever they wanted and get everyone in truck load of trouble. Since there is nothing in place currently which one of you are going to get hit with a major fine or data breach! If you are going to allow any kind of file sharing from your unified business platform there needs to be some kind of content exemption rules that can be put in play.

Add a feature to allow users to just receive text messages
Along with Business SMS permission there should be another feature to only allow users to only receive or just send text messages.
