Template for Intercom and Presence setting

Whenever there's a new user, the admin will need to configure the intercom and presence one by one. IT will be helpful to just apply a template for it.

    It's crazy how long this has been a suggested feature, and it hasn't been added. Please get around to this soon.

    Please fix this soon as possible.
    It takes way too much time for presence setup per extension.

    doing the buttons alone in a large setup is far too time consuming!
    and it is mind numbing to do over and over again.

    phone systems from 1998 had this function...

    We definitely need the ability of setting Intercom via User Template. That would save us precious time.

    I don't see how anyone at RingCentral could've tested this proess and concluded that this was acceptable.

    This is easily my biggest headache when adding new users. I wish there was a system-wide setting that would enable intercom use for all users to all users. It's a huge waste of time to go to each user individually to enable a new user to call them via intercom.
