Multi-site Forward all Company Call on Mobile App
Within the Admin Setting on the mobile app (with Admin permissions) There isn't an option to forward all calls on the main IVR/AA menu settings. You can do this if you go to the website on your mobile device, but if there is an urgent need and this feature is already preset there isn't any way to enable quickly. Custom Rules could work but still not ideal. Mimicking the same features on the mobile app would be great.

Turn off voicemail feature when making changes on the acccount.
We are looking to turn of the feature where when we make a change to a user’s account (ie change users password, role, etc) the user does not receive a VM stating there has been a change made to their account

Customizable Outbound TXT/SMS/MMS
Would like to see the ability to setup a customizable outbound txt message ID, currently only the RC operator can sent sms/txt messages from the primary line. We currently have our operator notifications setup to send inbound txt/sms messages via email to several team members and they reach out by phone directly to the client. Which is a painful workaround / experience. Ideally we would prefer to respond directly via txt message, however that would revival our private/direct call centre numbers which defeat our inbound IVR setup. Ability to only show company contacts when searching for name to call
When added to an outside-of-company group team as a guest and when I search for a name to call from the dial pad, it also shows the guest contacts from the said team. It would be helpful to only show company contacts instead of guests for easy search.

Ability to play default ringing or hold music rather than RC client's hold music
There are scenarios of outbound calls in which, during the process of connecting to an external called party, the connection to receive either ringing or audio from the far-end system for whatever reason is not made so it defaults to playing the configured hold music/custom prompt of the RingCentral extension that is placing the call instead. This creates confusion with users that experience this behavior. Enable Hot-Desk on all Phones
Having designated "Hot-Desk" phones is not an appropriate use of a license. IN many instances there is not enough designed visitor workstations to accommodate everyone. Yet, an employee with an assigned office / workspace may be out or traveling leaving an open workspace that can be utilized. Since the phone is permanently assigned a user profile the visiting employee cannot sign into the phone for their use. Eliminate the need to designate "Hot-Desk" phones and enable this feature on all phones.

Fix Availability Status for Users with messaging disabled
Please fix the functionality that prevents users with messaging enabled not being able to see the availability status of users who have messaging disabled. Currently if a user has messaging disabled via their role by disabling the check box for "Message tab shown in main navigation" anyone who does have messaging functionality CANNOT see their availability status, but the users who have messaging disabled are able to see the availability status of all users.

Dark mode in Teams causes incoming call rules page to be difficult to read on RC Teams Embedded App
Dark mode in Teams/Windows causes some fields on the incoming call rules page (and other call handling pages) to be difficult to read due to font color. These settings are disabled on the admin side, so I believe they are supposed to be greyed out, but given the dark background, that shade of grey is hard to read.
