  2. The user is struggling with daily network issues and is seeking assistance in reporting poor-quality calls after a call has ended. We find it inconvenient and manually connect issues to specific calls.This feature is to enable all users to report poor quality even after the call has concluded.

  3. -admins can implement/deploy the RingCentral app and it would automatically install Print to Fax-currently, they have to click on Install to get the Print to Fax feature (settings > phone > Fax > Install for "Print to Fax")

  5. When two people are on hold and I need to get a third perrson, I get an error message saying you have reached your limit for simultaneous calls. Meaning i cannot have two calls on hold and call another.EXAMPLE:A call comes into Assistant A for Agent A & B. Assistant puts the call on hold and grabs Agent A and when she tries to grab Agent B, she receives an error message below:Can you not have more than 2 calls on Mobile? Works perfectly fine on DESKTOP APP.

  6. Within the Admin Setting on the mobile app (with Admin permissions) There isn't an option to forward all calls on the main IVR/AA menu settings. You can do this if you go to the website on your mobile device, but if there is an urgent need and this feature is already preset there isn't any way to enable quickly. Custom Rules could work but still not ideal. Mimicking the same features on the mobile app would be great.

  13. When added to an outside-of-company group team as a guest and when I search for a name to call from the dial pad, it also shows the guest contacts from the said team. It would be helpful to only show company contacts instead of guests for easy search.

There are scenarios of outbound calls in which, during the process of connecting to an external called party, the connection to receive either ringing or audio from the far-end system for whatever reason is not made so it defaults to playing the configured hold music/custom prompt of the RingCentral extension that is placing the call instead.
