Feature Request: Cross-Platform Call Flip
Overview: Currently, RingCentral's call flip feature allows users to seamlessly transfer calls between devices within the same platform (e.g., mobile to desktop). Call Integration
I want to be able to make calls using my iPhone and it will automatically use the RC app without having to go directly to the RC app to dial a number.

Add optional pin to access RingCentral app on mobile device.
Adding a pin to the app would make it so we can be compliant with federal rules around Contacting patients And protecting PHI. If the device was lost or stolen the Information on the app would have an extra layer of security e to prevent unauthorized access to patient contact information.

Presence Indicator
needs to have the presence indicator integrated into the contat view of the RingCentral app
if someone is already using the RC app it should no longer needed to be added on the HUD view just to see if they are on call or not

Use short code numbers as outbound text ID.
Currently, we only support 10DLC for SMS. The customer brought up an idea to have the ability to send SMS using short code numbers instead of their 10-digit numbers.

Breakout rooms should be allowed for the participants in the video meeting
Because in a meeting of 10 or 20 people. Members could go into a breakroom with whomever they wish to meet and have a dialogue in private then return to the main meeting to collaborate with the rest of the team. This allows for brainstorm sessions without having to wait for the meeting creator to assign them into a break out room. Thanks

To have a pre-recorded voicemail that will be sent to each of his customers just in case cannot reach them. To leave voicemail messages to every customer instead of automatically sending the pre-recorded vm.

Ability to play default ringing or hold music rather than RC client's hold music
There are scenarios of outbound calls in which, during the process of connecting to an external called party, the connection to receive either ringing or audio from the far-end system for whatever reason is not made so it defaults to playing the configured hold music/custom prompt of the RingCentral extension that is placing the call instead. This creates confusion with users that experience this behavior. In a recent example, a user had a custom message recorded specifically for their business which was configured as their extension's hold music within Screening, Greeting and Hold Music.
