Fix Availability Status for Users with messaging disabled
Please fix the functionality that prevents users with messaging enabled not being able to see the availability status of users who have messaging disabled. Currently if a user has messaging disabled via their role by disabling the check box for "Message tab shown in main navigation" anyone who does have messaging functionality CANNOT see their availability status, but the users who have messaging disabled are able to see the availability status of all users.

HUD: Enable User Status visibility when the "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigator" permission is disabledUsers who do not use Ring Messaging still need to be able to have thier status shown in HUD.When the "Message Tab Shown in Main Navigator" permission is disabled, their status only shows "offline"

The custom status also serves to know where the agent is or what they are up to so that the admin would know why they are our or could be on break or such. It is not just relevant with Messages as it is also for productivity in calls.
