Block spam faxes
i get faxes weekly that are spam and need them to stop. I don’t need to be able to receive faxes.

Record you name in the directory
The system currently reads you registered name when callers dial in or for VM. The system can not pronounce the names and most of the time it does a very bad job. I have used other VOIP systems and they allow me to record my name in the directory. It will be nice to have this as a feature.

Need to setup one button speed dials on my polycom desk phone. Why can't I do this?
I am not an operator who needs to juggle five extra calls at a time. Having one button speed dials to the three or four people I'm calling all the time would be vastly more useful.

More than 10 third party numbers needs to be added in call forwading
More than 10 third party numbers needs to be added in call forwarding , its very usefull for our helpdesk users who all are working in different shifts.

More than 10 people for Call Queue Simultaneous
My phones need to ring to every sales person. Please add an option to ring to everyone, not just 10 people. Then allow the admin to select what phone will not ring.

Allow 2 people to be on the same phone call
For training purposes, allow 2 people to use two different phones or desktop applications to be on the same phone call. Much like how a split training headset would work

The same number needs to be able to ring on 2 or more physical phones, especially is it is an emergency line.
I recently started as a security manager for my company and was in shock to find out that the emergency number that is posted at all our buildings and campuses rings on only one phone. This is very concerning. If someone calls an emergency line for an incident like a vehicle accident and a Security Operations Officer is on the line trying to provide assistance or dispatch responders and you have a separate incident in which someone is trying to call the emergency line due to someone having difficult breathing, the 2nd Security Operations Officer should be able to answer…

Ability to subscribe to notifications from service status web page
We need ability to receive real-time alerts when an issue is posted on your service status page. And an ability to subscribe to these alerts, as many other vendors provide. Webhook availability for PagerDuty or Slack would be even better.

Block All Recordings By Extension Number
There should be a configuration switch available for every extension to block ALL recordings associated with that extension - Inbound/Outbound INTERNAL calls and Inbound/Outbound EXTERNAL calls.

Dial hyperlink on PC through Softphone to connected deskphone...
When making an outbound call from a customer file, it would be beneficial to be able to copy the phone number from within said software and paste into softphone which then dials out on the connected desk phone. This prevents errors and I believe would add efficiency.

Add ability to turn off recording announcement.
In certain states(Colorado) you do not need to announce a call is being recorded, as only one participant on the call may know if the call is recorded, by law. We would like to take off the announcement that a call is being recorded per extension, queue.

Set DND for a time or schedule, e.g. 1 hour, rest of today.
I would like to set Do Not Disturb for a while, and not need to remember to turn it off again.

Add date/time stamp on incoming fax.
Many companies have compliance requirements to have the date/time stamped on every page of a fax when it was received.

Ring more than 4 callers simultaneously
Sorry, I've asked for assistance with our Supports as well and there's no workaround available to have more than 4 members to a ring group or Simultaneous type of ring.

Unconditional Call forwarding
If we have a Call Queue and an extension assigned to a call Queue, I have extensions that auto forward to an external non Ring Central phone number and would like to be able to make it forward with out have to answer and press 1. If we dial the ext directly we don't have to press 1 but not if the extension is rang to the call Queue.

ability to disable premium rate calls on a per user or role basis
we'd like to be able to disable premium rate calls on a per user basis, as a role permission would be fine as well.
