Add ability to turn off recording announcement.
In certain states(Colorado) you do not need to announce a call is being recorded, as only one participant on the call may know if the call is recorded, by law. We would like to take off the announcement that a call is being recorded per extension, queue.

Georgia is one of many states that does not require you to disclose that you are recording calls. Google has a new type of ad that bills you if a call is over 30 seconds. Between greetings and the call recording announcement you lose half of that before the phone ever rings because google sees it as the call connected.
