Allow 2 people to be on the same phone call
For training purposes, allow 2 people to use two different phones or desktop applications to be on the same phone call. Much like how a split training headset would work

Kelly, Are you referring to call monitoring?You can set up this feature if you are a RingCentral Premium or Ultimate customer. However, the feature is not available in the Essential and Standard plans. You can learn more here: https://support.ringcentral.com/article/8050.html
