vm assigned to specific member selections
We are needing to have an area on the App for members to review a VM and then assign it to a specific member. a simple drop down of members in that que is all that would be needed. This is so a specific member can cull through VM's to see which need to be assigned to specific members for reaching back out to customers. i have attached a example from our last provider. we also attached the RC app to show where it would be best for this info to be located.

Paging device
Anyone that uses paging devices could benefit from this and need improvement. It is impractical to have to dial a lengthy paging number and not even have it stored in the directory. By not offering this ability in RingCentral, the users have to maintain a separate directory just for paging numbers. This is highly inefficient.

See Callers in waiting
It would be nice to see how many callers are in queue vs what is actually ringing through. Either via a report or live.

Allow multiple people to call monitor at the same time
Useful for training multiple people at the same time to be able to have both (or all) be able to listen on one call. Call monitoring is great because you don't need to set up y connectors

RingCentral Phone for Alexa
Just got an Alexa Echo Show 8. Would like to see a RC Phone app for it. On the show, maybe it could do video, as well. I did see the Meetings app, but I don't want a meeting--I want a 1-to-1 experience just like voice phone.

General Voicemail sent to all phones
Mitel has the ability for voicemail to go to a general voicemail line that is seen on all phones in the company, not just to one extension. This is needed for small offices that have multiple phones because if it is sent to one phone, and that person is out, no one knows there is a voicemail to be retrieved.

Set time of day for call log delivery
Currently call logs are sent by email at a fairly random time (perhaps the time of day when originally set up?). It'd be good to allow for a time of day (even a select menu for each hour) which would mean fewer "In Progress" calls are included if set to be middle of the night.

Change or Remove Main Company Caller ID Option
We have no main company phone number. I recommend allowing the caller ID label "Main Company" to be edited or removed. This will prevent people from assigning an outgoing caller ID number that is not their site's when they think it is.

Block phone calls by caller ID
I get multiple phone calls per day from a caller ID named "DEBT RELIEF". They come from all different phone number and area codes. Blocking individual numbers doesn't help. I want to be able to block "DEBT RELIEF" from coming in. Can you please add this feature?

Allow call handling custom rules to forward calls to main phone number
I need to have a phone number, that when direct dialed, forwards to the TOP level of the auto-receptionist for our main company phone, so that if we are open, the IVR menu plays and if we are closed, the call is sent to voicemail. Right now, I am having to create a custom rule that forwards to an external number, purchase an external "dummy" phone, forward the calls to this external number, and then have that phone re-forward back to the main phone. I worked with support and there is no other workaround for my needs.

Callers cannot proceed until they listen to all options on Autoattendant
We have callers constantly pressing the wrong (first option) on the call route. When you call some companies, you cannot proceed until all options are listened to. I think this would be a really good feature to be added.

Shortcut for 'Do Not Disturb'
Ring have short cuts so you can use your keyboard do actions but could they create a short cut to put you on ‘Do Not Disturb’. So instead of having to click on the circle > available > Do not disturb. It could be CTRL | D for do not disturb then CRTL | A. Less clicks are always better

Optional separate ringtone for inner office calls
The option of having a separate ringtone for inner office calls would greatly improve productivity. Currently having to look at the phone every time it rings to see if is my coworker , trying to reach me can be distracting.

Placing incoming calls on a park line automatically after a certain amount of rings.
We have a few sites who have asked if incoming calls can be placed on a park line after x amount of rings. This will help them better manage incoming calls and will help decrease the number of voicemails that are left.

Identify that a Call Has Been Forwarded to Recipient
Let's say I go on vacation and forward all my calls to Deana. When someone calls my line and the call forwards to Deana it should have an identifier similar to queue calls - FRWD FRM Heather Franklin-Tupper or something to that effect. That way Deana knows the person originally called for me but they got forwarded to her.

Missed call notifications should sync between desk phone and apps
We have different phone groups. When the phone rings and one member of the group picks up the phone, the other members of the group receive missed call notifications. They should not receive the notification unless all members do not pick up the phone. When a user's phone rings, their mobile or PC app also rings. If they pick up the phone on their desk phone, then the app on their mobile phone or PC shows a missed call. If they pick up the phone on their mobile phone or PC , then the desk phone shows a missed call…
