  4. I think this would be a very useful feature as some businesses have contacts that are in different locations and time zones. This feature would help prevent calling someone outside of their work hours. Perhaps having this as a feature to enable with an additional option to not let the call go through if the recipient is outside of normal business hours.

  6. Hello, Currently our team is being told that their phone numbers are being shown as SPAM RISK on the caller ID and we would like to remove this as it is impacting our business and sales. We were advised that Ring Central is currently unable to perform this action.

Customer like to create group like with button, allow user in the group press the button to warning if any emergency like a life threatening situation happens, the warning is silent, just possible turn on the light of group button, alerting other users may need reach the police for assistance.

  8. It would be nice to have the feature to prerecord messages to leave if a customers voice mail answers. With just a click of a button you could select one of the messages to be left with out having to stay on the line and record the message live

  9. This is normal behaviour for France when they use the RingCentral Phone app as a 2nd device. If they already have a deskphone assigned to a user, they will not have a direct dial option using the RingCentral Phone app. The recommendation is to use the RingCentral Desktop app version. This is due to regulatory compliance for France Numbers are on Demand.

  10. We would like to restrict the numbers able to be dialled from our limited extension handsets. All outgoing calls are to be blocked, aside from emergency 999 calls. All internal extension dialling is to remain and be unaffected.

If all members of a primary queue are made unavailable via DND or administrative action, calls presented to the primary queue should advance to the next call handling step without requiring that the primary queue wait timer expires before allowing the calls to advance

  14. For a lawyer, it's important to receive a phone call from inmates if they are using a pay phone. The customer is using Securus is set up so that inmates can call their office. Hopefully this can be added as a feature that calls from inmates can received thru RC number

  16. International Toll Free Services number regulations for oubound calls or fowarding a call to another number. Currently, Mexico callers are not able to forward a call to another Mexico destination due to the regulation mandated in some carriers.

RingCentral should add a custom DNC.I would like to disable my company's outbound lines from calling my companies inbound lines.It would be nice to be able to quickly remove a client from being called.I would like to be able to upload a list of phone numbers, and my entire office would not be able to dial them. Similar to DNC, just a custom list.

  20. I understand that in many instances, it is standard practice to restrict all external calls on a device. However, there are specific scenarios where blocking internal calls (excluding voicemail) becomes necessary. In such cases, there is a requirement to limit the device to receiving only external calls and making external calls exclusively. This setup essentially mimics the functionality of an independent individual line, akin to a home phone situated in a separate location.
