  1. The customer would like to use analytics to evaluate various groups.
    The problem with this is that users are also displayed personally in the analytics report.

    The customer needs a change here so that only groups like Sales,etc. can be displayed and analyzed in Analytics, but not individuals.

  2. there should be a way, that when we are on fetching leads mode, the "transition" stop making that annoying noise that "brrrp brrrp" when you are calling someone is really annoying, hearing that noise all the day its crazy

  5. User wants to have a pre-assigned secure code for each of their users when they contact the RC support so they don't have to continuously need to receive a secure code via email.

  6. Getting thru to tech support and the HORRIBLE IVR, takes 20 minutes to just get disconnected. I am going to look for a new phone system with real people that answer the phone.

Ryder utilizes both RingCentral MVP and RingCentral Contact Center.Many internal and external calls come into the CC and need to be transferred or forwarded to the MVP users.Also, many times a call could come into MVP user and require a transfer into the Contact Center.RingCentral cannot provide a single, seamless report to report this cradle to caller journey.

  9. Curalink, would like to give their global customers a cost effective way for them to call. Sometimes their customers do not have international dialing plans on their cells or do not have cell signal but they have Wi-Fi access. Curaa link would like to give these customer the option to make a voice call over Whats apps, as this would also keep them in Hippa compliance.
