In My Zone / My Schedule, agents will see the title or name of any activities not marked as a shift type.However, if an activity is designated as a shift type, that activity name will not appear.So, when an agent is looking at their schedule/agenda, they may see a block of time with a certain color. Still, they cannot identify what activity is associated with that color if that activity is marked as a shift type. But, on the other hand, if the activity is not marked as a shift type, they will see the activity name.My Zone should be updated to print the name of the activity when it is a shift type, just like it does when it is not a shift type.The recommendation from support was to use a busy activity type for various activities that the agents might be doing within their shift.The SolvOne team has several activities that are set as shift types. This enables them to create the daily rule without having to enter the activity in between each break and lunch. It is more efficient this way. The only problem is that the shift type name doesn’t appear on the My Zone calendar. So if they do not use shift type, they have to put the activity in the daily rule between the breaks and lunch. It seems like this would be an easy thing to fix. If not, they will have to do things less efficiently.
