Increasing file size limit for file uploads when submitting a support ticket
File size limit is currently 2mb per any individual file. When requesting debug logs for a specific issue, most system logs are over 2mb by default. Please up the limit to possibly 3mb - 4mb, this should account for most any system log that may need to be uploaded

We should support a smooth, efficient user experience to those needing to submit a ticket for support. Since they are already dealing with the reporting issue, having to work around limitations of a support system adds insult to injury.
I think we have mutual goals here - make it as easy as possible to identify and address customer issues. Sometimes ample documentation saves a LOT of time between a support engineer and a customer.

This would be hugely beneficial for all companies. We frequently have to use workarounds like uploading the larger files to sharepoint just to get them over to the support team. As we are encouraged by our TAM to reach out to support, being able to upload large file sizes right away would make the process more efficient for all parties.
