Accessibility requirement is mentionned as "critical" in "La Poste" RFP. Feedback captured through salesforce and linked to that request.

This requirement have been very important for Engage Digital customer particularly in health and for public companies.
- CNAM => French public national health insurance asked us to fill a full audit on WCAG a few years ago
- La Poste had the same kind of question
- Partner Odigo answered several RFP in France and UK where WCAG is mentioned. It's about hundreds of existing Engage Digital customers that we would not be able to upgrade to RingCX without WCAG clear compliance and documentation.
And it's about thousands more users on deals lost along the years for which WCAG was mentioned as one of the requirements. -

This will be key to public sector UK, NHS England has regulations in place stipulating they must be WCAG compliant. Additionally local councils will have to accommodate all their citizens including citizens with accessibility needs.
Competitors for both UC and CX have this as a default in our region.
