The Position in Queue, Estimated Wait Time, and Callback features are now available — helping reduce missed calls and improving customer experience by allowing callers to press 1 for a callback while keeping their place in line. 🙌

Similar to Slack & Teams, the ability to send a message at a later date. This can help when setting up a message out of office hours, or when travelling with spotty reception.
The ability to display just "Active Call" for example, but removing the Name & Number for privacy reasons is really important in the German market.
