Mobile app as endpoint of RingCX
When their users work in office they select the "deskphone" option when signing into RingCX which should ring their deskphone and ringEX extension. When they work remotely they are still selecting deskphone but their ringex mobile app is not ringing.
Deskphone and Desktop Apps are receiving calls but not mobile app as endpoint of RingCX.

Hello Team,
I understand this is already "Under Review" but some accounts to need mobility from their users so that they could still answer calls via their mobile apps while performing tasks away from their desks.

Makes no sense that RingCX can ring the desk phone which in turn rings the desktop application but can not ring the Mobile App. Make your platform work!
