Add Ringtones when Requeuing in SPOG/RCX for RC App
In SPOG/RingCX for the RC App, add beep/ringtones when requeuing and hitting "ask first".

We should a waiting or transferring beep when we hit ask first in order for the client to know they are being transferred, sometimes they think the line got disconnected because there is only silence.

I don't even see why this needs discussion? When you requeue (not unlike like transfer), there needs to be an audible ring tone while waiting for the other agent to answer.
