Multichannel Campaign Orchestration Module (WhatsApp, SMS, Email)
Description:
We request the development of a multichannel campaign orchestration module integrated with the RingCX agentless dialer. This module should allow the setup of automated notification strategies across digital channels such as WhatsApp, SMS, and Email, based on contact engagement and response status.
Use Case (Voice + Digital):
A customer is contacted via an outbound voice call. If the call is not answered, a WhatsApp message is automatically sent. If there is still no response, a follow-up SMS or Email is delivered after a configurable time delay.
Use Case (Digital-Only Campaigns):
Some campaigns may be designed to operate exclusively over digital channels, such as WhatsApp and SMS only, without involving voice calls. This is especially useful for non-intrusive notifications, reminders, promotions, or transactional alerts, where voice is unnecessary or undesirable.
Objective:
To increase contact success rates and campaign efficiency through proactive, intelligent, and cost-effective multichannel strategies, leveraging both voice and digital channels — or digital-only when appropriate — without requiring agent intervention.
Key Functional Requirements:
Visual interface to configure multichannel workflows and conditional logic (e.g., “if no WhatsApp reply → send SMS”).
Campaign-level option to enable or disable voice involvement.
Configurable retry logic, wait times, and fallback channels.
Enforcement of contact time rules and opt-in/compliance parameters.
Real-time performance dashboards (delivery, open, click, response).
Seamless integration with RingCX’s existing digital messaging infrastructure (WhatsApp Business API, SMS gateway, SMTP/Email).
Unified analytics and reporting for all campaign types — hybrid or digital-only.
