Option to turn off Active Speaker Expansion in Gallery View of RC Video Meeting
In gallery view the active user's window slightly expands and zooms in and out as people converse. This is visually distracting, especially during conversations with multiple people. I suggest having the option for users to turn this feature off. Simply highlighting the active speaker with a color border is preferred.

software to recover crashed recordings/files
When the app crashes during a recorded meeitng there needs to be software to recover those crashed recorded files you currently do not have this feature

Facebook Portal app
Facebook Portal is an $100 Video Conference Unit that allows SME's to cost-effectively integrate Room-based units into Video Meetings. They have a model whereby 3rd Parties can use the platform - Zoom for example can be used. It makes for a great differentiator against MS Teams!

RC Video support for Safari
Many Mac users only use or have Safari as their browser. If you support Microsoft Edge, you should definitely support Safari. Both are native browsers to operating systems.

Make it possible to upload downloaded, edited RC meetings BACK into RC for sharing purposes.
We recorded a Medicare Open Enrollment presentation that will be shared with our clients. I downloaded the recorded video, snipped out all uneccessary content and would like to upload it back into RC so it can be easily shared with clients by way of a web link.

Restrict phone invitations from 3rd parties to videoconferences and notify the organizer if done
When you invite somebody to a videoconference it gives the invited people the option to invite too, even while entering through the web version. If they do so by phone, the call is taken from the organizer minutes, this can be done without the organizer consent. I propose to add an option to restrict that while organizing the meeting and some kind of notification to the organizer if the scenario takes place

RingCentral Meeting/Video Outlook plugin Sunset
Due to Meetings App being sunsetted, the Outlook plugin no longer works. Unfortunately, users are now unable to create meetings within a calendar event that has already been created. Very frustrating when something so simple yet super helpful to have is taken away. Please bring back this feature.

Multiple User Selection for 'Schedule Meetings for Me'
In Admin Portal > User List > Users with extensions > 'User' > Meetings, there is a section called 'Schedule Meetings for Me, where you can add a user who can create meetings on behalf of that user.For companies that have a users who's job it is to schedule meetings for staff, there is no other option than to go through 100+ users and add that user one by one to every user's 'Schedule Meetings for me'. Separate recordings of speaker and presentation
It would be great to get separate recording of speaker view from presenter view.

Video Layout - hide users not showing video.
Customers have asked to be able to hide partcipants not sharing video - ie. hide the avatars and move users sharing video up the list. If there is only 3 people sharing video make the video frames bigger and hide the avatars.

See the list of participants dial-into conference line
I'd like to see all participants either during or after the call. I'm not seeing who is dialed into a specific conference number (host/participant code). Another feature request that i've seen with other vendors is the ability for RC to call the participant when ready to join the call. So participant only has to click a link and type in their own number, rather than have to type in the conf number and participant code

Add meeting info to top of calendar invite
When using RingCentral schedule in Outlook my users would like to see the meeting info getting pasted into the calendar event at the top of the email. Currently if they add extra info, once the meeting is created it gets added to the bottom of the list.

Rename/Re-save Video Conference Recordings
Ability to rename a saved recording. Currently, the Title of the meeting when it is scheduled is the title of the recording. Need the ability to rename the recording becusae often a meeting will cover multiple topics, including unplanned topics, and the recording should title the specifics recorded.

RCV for Training - Can we get a share/load file feature?
Can we have the ability to share files with participants in the meeting and can we load in content to the presentation directly? For example, the Webex Training Center, allows the host to load PPP, Activity sheets, and other content into the meeting directly--allowing the participants to see the PowerPoint the moment they sign in without the host having to share a screen. Add an option for international dial-ins
We have calls regularly with people from other countries, but as it is now, we have to get on and manually add their dial-ins. In the old app, you could type the country in the bottom, and it would generate the international phone numbers in the body of the email.

Administrative Enforcement of RingCentral Videos settings for all users on the account
It would be helpful to be able to have RingCentral Video Templates or Profiles that users can select when scheduling meetings. Profiles could include fields being made mandatory.
