Video Layout - hide users not showing video.
Customers have asked to be able to hide partcipants not sharing video - ie. hide the avatars and move users sharing video up the list. If there is only 3 people sharing video make the video frames bigger and hide the avatars.

Allow comments/sentence/disclosure for compliance on RCV for Meeting Invite
1500 users for video. Customer is currently using Zoom but mainly uses Teams and also has some Webex. All three provide a disclosure when an invite is sent and this is so for compliance. This is important for the financial services organizations. I would assume education, healthcare, and any government sector will require these.

Hide self video in meeting
I love the feature on the mobile app which allows you to swipe away your own video so you can focus on the conversation. I would love to have this feature on desktop so that I can focus on the presentation being shown and the other participants, instead of my own face getting in the way.Most people are sitting in meetings, and they generally know if they are in frame or not. We are looking to have the date and time automatically added to the body of an Outlook email invite for RingCentral Video. This seems to work with RingCentral Meetings, see attached image. We schedule meetings with the RingCentral app

RingCentral Video Allow participants to point with their mouse
TeamViewer has a great feature, remote pointing, that allows participants to click on the presenter's screen and have the participant's mouse pointer temporarily appear at the desired location. The pointer is large and colored to be noticeable and also has the participant's name to identify who is pointing. The pointer is just visual and does not have the ability to click elements on the presenter's screen. Administrative Enforcement of RingCentral Videos settings for all users on the account
It would be helpful to be able to have RingCentral Video Templates or Profiles that users can select when scheduling meetings. Profiles could include fields being made mandatory. Facebook Portal app
Facebook Portal is an $100 Video Conference Unit that allows SME's to cost-effectively integrate Room-based units into Video Meetings. They have a model whereby 3rd Parties can use the platform - Zoom for example can be used. It makes for a great differentiator against MS Teams!

Add Time Zone Designation for Organizer of Call
The call Organizer should be able to designate the time zone of a scheduled meeting directly on the scheduling page. Currently, the scheduling time is fixed to the organizers extension. Example: If I'm in an airport using my laptop, I can't schedule the video call to line up with my current time zone for that airport.

iOS screen sharing in desktop meetings [RingCentral Video
in the 'powered by zoom' meetings application, we had the ability to share our iOS mobile devices if they were on the same wifi. This feature seems to be missing from the RC Video application. We use this a lot to show mobile versions of websites in development or to use our phone as a cordless camera to show actual product. Is there an ETA for that to be added to the RC Video app?

RingCentral Video meetings are recording all the audio while in the meeting while the auto-call recording is on.Users should have the option to mute/pause/stop auto-call recording when in the meeting.

RCV to allow host to mute and unmute participants only
There are many types of meetings where the host controls the mode of the meeting. Some participants can unmute now at any time and could cause disruption to the meeting. At least they could chat first or raise hand to say something and host will unmute but not allowing them to unmute at any time.E.g. Home Owners Association meetings where things can be very chaotic

Allow Host to See Film Strip View of Participants on screen when screen sharing in RCV
Customer uses RingCentral to host training sessions for their end users. The trainers would like to be able to see a film strip view of the participants whilst sharing the screen during a training session so that they can tell whether they are engaging the audience. This would be particularly useful whilst working from home with only one screen.
