  1. Leaving a post-it note on video

    Been in a situation just now that a video meeting had to be cancelled last minute and we could not amend the calendar schedule. I messaged the team members involved to let them know that the meeting is involved. At the scheduled date I joined the video meeting just in case somebody else did not read the postpone notice and they join the meeting.I was thinking it would be great if we could leave a message on screen in the meeting "Thank you for joining and apologies for the late notice. This meeting has been postponed and will be re-scheduled…

  2. PTT standalone app for wearables like Apple Watch, Samsung Galaxy, Pixel Watch to name a few

    A Push to Talk feature would be wonderful on the Apple Watch. The device already has that feature for comms between Apple devices. It is so wonderful that PTT is device agnostic

  3. When the device or headphones mute the mic, RCV should display that in the Video as it happens in Google Meet

    When the laptop or Headphones mute their Mic, it should display that on RCV but it just shows Mic as Open while there is no Mic pickup as it is turned off from the device. When this happens on google meet it displays that "Your mic is muted by your system settings".

  4. Ability to change screen share while already sharing

    This may already exist I just haven't found out how to make it work.When I am starting up sharing my screen, and I may choose to share specifically "Screen 2". Later in that call, I decide that I want to switch the share to "Screen 1", I have to back all the way out of screen share and then re-enter and choose "Screen 1".If there was an ability to change straight from the Screen Share Toolbar, it would make the host's ability to move around their apps and tabs much more seamless.

  5. Closed Captions Permanently On

    For accessibility reasons, I need closed captions on for all my meetings. It's very inconvenient to have to turn them on manually for every meeting. It would be great if this was something that could be turned on or off in general settings so it could be automatically on all the time. If I join a meeting and other people have already joined and are talking, I miss some of the conversation until I'm able to manually turn captions on. Please consider this for those who need accessibility feature.

  6. Provide snapshot button so user can take picture during video conference

    Enable host (and/or participants) to capture still image during video conference to preserve a particular image for later review.

  8. Allow granular security to prevent end user from being able to hide their presence/phone numbers in HUD

    New feature allows end users to be able to hide (in HUD) the presence and phone number of the person they are talking to. Need Administrative controls to prevent user's from being able to edit this configuration. We use RingCentral for a business model and prefer not to have some feature available to end users that would impact supervisory oversight.

  9. Provide a recap of meeting for participants joining late

    As RCV now transcripts meeting and also meeting summaries, it would be great to offer participants that join a meeting after it has started a summary and recap of what has been said in the meeting. Also previously shared slides would be a bonus.

  10. Allow for participant video panel pop out when someone is screen sharing.

    It would be nice to have the option to pop out the participant video panel when someone is sharing their screen so that you can have the screen share on one screen, and the participants on another screen. Similar to how you can pop out the participants when you are the one screen sharing.

  11. Filter to remove light / screen reflection in eyeglasses

    When I am in a meeting, my ring light or my screen reflect on my glasses. I can get non-reflective lenses in my eyeglasses to reduce the glare from the screen, but the ring light is still any issue. Can this be taken care of with a filter setting?

  12. Dual Presentation

    This would allow for 2 people to be sharing things so there can be a presenter as well as a presentation. This could also be incredibly helpful for ASL interpreting as it would allow the presenter to speak and also have the interpreter in an accommodating view for anyone needing interpreting.

  13. Better integrate the floating window when presenting

    When sharing the screen, we spend 50% of our time moving the floating window from one place to the other to see what's hidden behind.There should be an option to "integrate" it better so it doesn't hide anything.

  16. Split screen meeting- half presenter/ half presentation

    We would like to see the presenter as well as their shared screen showing the presentation. We do not like the ghostly affect of the presentation setting.

    Many teams use RCV to plan their activities.Scrum poker are using for estimations tasks. But currently it is required some additional service or mobile application.   19. Different Volume Entry Tones for Video Calls

    A customer has complained that the entry tones upon entering meetings are too loud and that if a user mistakenly answers their phone for a meeting and holds the phone to their ear (full scenario described below), they are then blasted with a really loud entry tone (around the 100dB region) if their phone volume is up to max.User has requested the ability to lower the volume of the entry tone to something like loud/medium/low or a sliding scale of 1 - 10 to be able to select a more "comfortable" tone for scenarios like this.Scenario reported by customer:iPhone is…
