Changing name for the attendees in RCV meetings

We need the ability to rename participants, why on earth would you remove this simple feature?

Is the ability to "Rename" a guest participant on the roadmap? The use case - this is a helpful feature to identify call in users by name instead of number during a meeting.

Bring back the feature that allows the host to rename participants in the meeting in case there are people with the same name and the members need to differentiate.

This would help me update a guest who has dialed in, or has joined as a "guest" but when there are multiple guests its difficult to differentiate who is speaking.

I get 5 iPhones sometimes

Sometimes need to change name when already in and don't want to have to leave just to re enter.

The mobile app should allow to change the participant name after joining the meeting. I by mistake joined a meeting with a different name and was not able to change my name.

I joined a call and wasn't able to update my name to reflect where I was calling from. Other VC tools let you update your name while on a call.

Our company would like to be able to change the name of participants during any kind of meeting no matter how they are joining. It was an option on the last Ring Central Meetings App that we would like back please.

Host should be able to edit names of participants. For purposes of keeping minutes this is a huge help!

Sometimes it occurs to me after I join a meeting, that I could provide a more informative name, e.g., adding a title, role, etc. This is possible in Zoom. Why not here?

Some people are assigned default names on entry. It would be nice to have the ability to rename once the person is identified.

Host has ability to change participant names (Some people are not tech savvy and this makes it easier if they can't change it). Also, some people have inappropriate names. And most everyone's name was their phone, and they couldn't change it. (Even leaving and coming back in didn't update their name)

Sometimes the person shows up as"iPhone" or another cell phone name.

Rename yourself

Once we join we might want to participate or circumstances change, and therefore we may want to add pronouns, add a last name, or title, or anything.

I'd like to be able to rename myself when in a meeting. I accidentally used the password as my name and can't seem to find a place where I cna rename myself. I know Zoom has this feature but I can't find a similar function here.
