Verbatim from the customer: Hello, i have a user who wants to be able to make calls from all company numbers from the RC app. Numbers are assigned to users, how do i do this without changing the assigned user?

An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny commentedWe have a few common area phones that are currently set up as Limited Extensions. We are trying to find a way to apply schedules to these phones if possible. We only want the phones to be active from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. Any time prior to that, the phones should NOT be able to make phone calls.

An error occurred while saving the comment Jenny commentedI am trying to enable annotations so that when my employees share their screen with me I can annotate on what they are doing. I've looked up how to enable this in the admin console but the option isn't available under users or meetings. Please advise.

We deleted a user and now have her extension and number tied to a new user. In analytics, it is still showing the deleted user as making calls since her extension and number were given to the new user. Is there a way to rename this deleted user to show that she is deleted or is there a way to now show her at all in analytics rather than have the stats from that extension and number occur twice? (as both the deleted user and new user)
