I currently use telus business connect which is on ring central. We are changing to use RC direct, and need to import all our text messages to the RC app. I have read articles and figured out to to export the texts from the telus business connect app, but its a JSON file and I cant figure out how to import that to RC. Please assist.

We deleted a user and now have her extension and number tied to a new user. In analytics, it is still showing the deleted user as making calls since her extension and number were given to the new user. Is there a way to rename this deleted user to show that she is deleted or is there a way to now show her at all in analytics rather than have the stats from that extension and number occur twice? (as both the deleted user and new user)

Have the ability to use any numbers as an outbound caller ID.
Verbatim from the customer: Hello, i have a user who wants to be able to make calls from all company numbers from the RC app. Numbers are assigned to users, how do i do this without changing the assigned user?

We have a few common area phones that are currently set up as Limited Extensions. We are trying to find a way to apply schedules to these phones if possible. We only want the phones to be active from 5:30pm to 10:00pm. Any time prior to that, the phones should NOT be able to make phone calls.

Hi everyone, you are now able to customize the announcement played during the call. Learn where in the Admin portal to update here.
While not the ability to completely turn off the announcement, this customization allows for different companies to take into account their unique compliance needs. If a disclosure is not needed, a silent recording could be uploaded as a workaround.

Have an option to hide the DID on the IP phone or choose what to display. The phones are Yealink T46U and T33G.
