I currently receive email notifications when a voicemail is left on one of our extensions, but I do not want that email to contain caller ID information, as this is supposed to be an anonymous line. Can we have an option to edit the voicemail notification details?

What we are looking for is a better resolution where calls disconnected by the customer are consistently tagged as abandoned (and not missed) across all reports, with no missed call notifications in those cases. This would help ensure fair tracking of agent performance, avoid skewing SLA numbers, and provide a more accurate picture of call activity.
Could you please check if this can be raised as a product/feature fix with the RingCentral product team, rather than just depending on a reporting workaround? This would really help improve reporting accuracy for our use case. -

I currently use telus business connect which is on ring central. We are changing to use RC direct, and need to import all our text messages to the RC app. I have read articles and figured out to to export the texts from the telus business connect app, but its a JSON file and I cant figure out how to import that to RC. Please assist.

While in the Queue, our employees will sometimes forget that someone is in the Queue and they will just timeout and go to Voicemail. We are trying to avoid that. We are looking for a solution that will audibly alert the physical phone/phones onsite that someone is still in the queue.
