RCV Persistent Layouts - For Education
Teachers conducting virtual classes on RCV in K-12 schools would benefit from being able to assign a layout to the students that remains fixed. This is something that many competitors do not offer. This would allow the teacher to assign a location in the layout, and would be equivalent to a student being assigned a desk or table spot in the physical classroom space. This would help with name recognition, and allow the faculty the ability to organize their classroom in the virtual space as well.

Automatically share meeting recording with all participants invited
Automatically share recording with all participants invited, instead of having to manually go to the recording page then share.We have daily meetings that are recorded, not all employees can attend. Would like to have it automatically shared with all participants. I have set up a forward on the email, to send to the participants once the vidoe is avalialbe, but still have to manually add them. Need this to be automatic.

Add the ability to mute a person in a meetings chat
We want the ability for a meeting owner or moderator to block a specific participant from using the chat feature. There is a mute feature for voice, so we want there to be one for chat too. Also, for there to be a way for everyone be able to message a moderator or owner even if it is blocked for everyone.

Prevent someone from unmuting themselves without having to mute everyone first
We can mute a specific person, but they can unmute themselves right after. If we want to mute them, we have to mute everyone and uncheck the allow to unmute button. Then we have to unmute everyone else. We should be able to mute and keep muted a specific person without doing it to everyone.

RingCentral Video Meeting Available in Citrix Environment
The ability to host a RingCentral Video meeting in the citrix environment and offload resource use to the local desktop. Similar to what Zoom is doing.

Allow user to select global PSTN numbers added to meeting invite
When creating a meeting in RC App, Scheduler for Outlook, etc, we automatically populate the invite with One tap to join audio numbers based on the country in the user's region. Then a link is provided for additional numbers. Including these extra numbers is not necessary in many cases, as there are often no long distance charges. It would be helpful to have a profile setting in service.rc.com or RC App that enables the creator of the meeting to select all teleconference numbers they'd like automatically populated from the list.

Person who can "schedule on behalf of" should also have the ability to share the recorded video (in addition to the host). Our Executive Assistants can all create meeting on behalf of their Dept Head; and they can record the video; but they cannot "share" said video. Need to be able to also share a recorded video for the Host.

Disable Muted/Unmuted Audio Notifications
-client is requesting to disable the "Muted/Unmuted" audio alerts as it is too distracting for them-"Muted/Unmuted" could just be symbolized by participant's own gallery square

Have the ability to click and drag your mouse to magnify a shared screen so it is easy to see what is shared.

Announcement of Time Left in Meetings - within 5 to 3 mins
It would be helpful to have a courtesy time announcement that is automatically played for all participants so we do not have to step over someone talking/presenting. I would like to have options when setting this for each meeting (fixed time, based on meeting end, amount of time prior to end, etc).

Video Screen Share and Recordings are VERY blurry on high resolution screens
Hello, the Screen sharing that we use when we host meetings are extremely blurry on high resolution screens. The meeting recordings are also equally blurry. I have called support many times, and was told that I need to LOWER my screen resolution to fix the issue. I can lower the screen resolution but I cannot work like that. The screen is too zoomed in for me to work and share my screen. This needs to be fixed for our team. Zoom is a FREE option, and I have no problem on the video recordings using the same screen. Add FireFox support for RC Video
Currently, if you do not have the RC App installed on your machine, and try to open up a RC Video meeting link in firefox, it tells you to use either Chrome or Edge to start the meeting.Many people use Firefox, can we have the new RC Video App meeting links work with firefox?

Permanent Fix for White screen Issue
Some Users are not familiar with the steps to fix the issue and would not have any idea where to get the information to fix it. Specially when there is an important meeting that needs to be attended using the app it causes inconvenience and dissatisfaction to the user experience

Stop opening windows in my default window
I have three monitors. I use one to hold my RC screen and one to share with other video participants. The share screen is my default windows window. But no matter how many times I move my RC screen to the second monitor it keeps opening the window in the default screen. I am sharing my screen, and someone joins, the paricipants window opens over the window I am sharing. THIS IS INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. Is it so hard to remember the window I have open and keep your windows there???? Please fix. ARRRGH.

Customizable Waiting Room in RingCentral Video
RingCentral Video's waiting room should be customizable, like the Zoom-based RingCentral Meetings' waiting room was. It should allow customizable text and uploading of company logo. The customization is important for company branding and professionalism and promotes participant confidence that they are connecting to the right company. It also allows the company to provide a short message to participants.

iOS screen sharing in desktop meetings [RingCentral Video
in the 'powered by zoom' meetings application, we had the ability to share our iOS mobile devices if they were on the same wifi. This feature seems to be missing from the RC Video application. We use this a lot to show mobile versions of websites in development or to use our phone as a cordless camera to show actual product. Is there an ETA for that to be added to the RC Video app?

Add Email Notification to me from my customers when they select a meet now option for the direct link I have provided to them.
I have provided my customers with my meeting link to use to meet with me directly without a scheduled meeting request. In doing so my customers would be in my meeting room, however I am currently not notified by email, etc that my customer wants to meet with me right now. Having this notification would be fantastic
