Simplify Presentation Sharing from multiple people
In RCV, there are many instances where one person is sharing content but there are 5 'presenters.' Instead of one of those 5 needing to tell the one presenter to "advance the slide", the others talkers should have access to advance the slides. Another option could be to pre-load the content to RingCentral Video and "Allow moderators to manage content."

Cloud Presentation Library
Request is for a cloud repository that can be used to attach files to invitations and make the content available to be shared from within the meeting, as this will share files more reliably from low bandwidth connected users.

List Supported Browsers in RC Video Invitation
The request is to add the supported browser information in the emailed invitation that RC Video sends out. It would also be helpful to have a support number to contact if they cannot connect.

Ability to completely customize RCVings Email Template
Customer would like the ability to customize the email template for an RCVing invite. Currently they can only add comments at the end of the invite, they would like the ability to simplify the wording and also remove the Room Connector dial-in details.

RCV: Multiple segments for recorded calls
The request is to be able to divide calls that were stopped/started into multiple recorded segments. Currently, with RCV recording, it is only paused, stitching together a larger recording at the end.

Bring back the auto download chat option
Prior to the recent update (some time around end of March/beginning of April for me) there was an option in the meeting chat to have the chat auto download once the meeting had finished. This option has since been removed and the chats no longer auto download. Please bring this back as an option.
