Spotlight Multiple Speakers
I believe Zoom now allows users to spotlight multiple speakers at the same time, which makes a conversation more engaging when you have a panel in progress. Could this feature be added to RingCentral Meetings?

Add a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker
One of the unnaturally things about video conferencing is that every is looking away, to some extent. Unless they are trained TV personalities :-)For the speaker there is no sense of eye contact and, since the order that people appear in the gallery varies, people are looking in different directions, which is also strange.I suggest adding a feature to the gallery view to reserve the top, center position for the current speaker. This way, other participants can approximate eye contact while looking at the speaker, and have all the participants in view. I simulated this recently while using multiple screens by…

Multiple remote meetings at once
Currently, if one user on the account is in a remote meeting, another cannot have their own separate meeting going at the same time. This makes it difficult for our staff to schedule remote meetings with clients as we have to work around each other's RingCentral meeting schedule. I would like to be able to meet with a client remotely while my coworker is working with their client in a separate remote meeting.

RingCentral Meetings Call Me feature to say "Please press option 1 to join the meeting"
When putting in a number under the Call Me option when joining audio in a RCM, there was a way for the system to say "Please press 1 to join the meeting" before joining the audio in the meeting

Enable Annotation for Host but Disable for Participants - RC Meetings
Currently the Annotation for RC Meetings is a collaborative tool, where if enabled, it gives everyone access to it. However, there should also be another option for Annotation where it can be enabled for the host but disabled for participants. This option will allow the host to take more control over the screen share

Attendees ability to pause live Webinar
The functionally of a live webinar currently as a host can pause the recording of the webinar and then re-start, but if the webinar itself is live, the attendees cannot pause it unless the host actually stops it for a few minutes. We would like the ability for attendees to pause a live webinar and join where they had left off.

Ability to Edit Webinar Verbiage
Users with webinar licenses would find the ability to change webinar verbiage useful. For example, the 'Speakers' section continues to say 'Speakers' even when there is only one speaker designated. Also, the word Speaker should be editable to say 'Presenter' or any other word the customer chooses. This functionality exists with Zoom.

Upload Pre-Edited Webinar to Platform
This webinar platform is basically useless as a lead generation tool currently. Poor registration options and tracking capabilities along with poor webinar capabilities for on demand webinars with no option to upload a webinar to the platform to play back when users want it to, whenever.

Join Meetings from Taskbar
Similar to the windows search bar - allow the user to place a join meeting bar in the task bar. I join 5-6 meetings a day, often from Outlook invites. Instead of copying/clicking the link and opening a browser, or locating the RC meetings app which is behind everything else, on one of three screens, or not even running, the user could just type the meeting number in.

Direct line into a meeting
There should be a way to enable an inbound call automatically to join a meeting. For example, when dialing a certain number, rather than go to a attendant to enter another 10 digits, there should be a way to be dropped directly into a meeting with using the same meeting ID (example: personal meeting ID).

Allow chat to default to "All panelist and attendees" when chat is available to everyone
During webinar meetings (larger, diverse audiences) we have to regularly tell attendees AND type it in the chat reminding them to change the To: to be "To: All panelists and attendees." The default is "To: All panelists" and most attendees do not pay attention and start typing in chat as if they are communicating with the entire group when it's just panelists. It would be helpful to be able to set this as a default and the attendee could change to all panelists if they don't want everyone to see their comment.

Keypad Controls and Voice Recognition Identification for non-RC phones and non-Smartphone Meeting Participants
Although we are paying RC users and hosts for Meetings and Conference Calls, some of our attendees/participants are our customers and are not RC users. As such, they often use a standard landline and not smartphones or PCs to attend our meetings/conference calls. In times where they have talkative pets or some other external noise, it would be very helpful if those users could press a keypad sequence on their landline phone to mute/unmute their audio. As they are not using a smartphone or PC, they are unable to use any type of software to perform such tasks and the external noise can…

Save renamed participant name for future use
Hi ,After logging into RingCentral Meetings Desktop app over SSO, it always pulls the name according to my AD Account which is expected. When I create a meeting room, I am able to rename myself as a participant. However, this change will not persist for all subsequent meetings, so every time I have to do it again. And I have a lot of meetings all the time.I am sure that this small change would be appreciated by a lot of people.Alan

Many customers would like to continue to use their own event website while also leveraging RC Webinar. The following APIs would help enable this for those customers:
APIs for (not a complete list):
1) OAuth for establishing connection between RedHat Events website and Webinar
2) Schedule Webinar
3) Get Attendee Join Link
4) Registrant and Participant Info3 votes -

Enable Press “1” to join a RingCentral Meeting
RingCentral Meetings, powered by Zoom provides three ways to connect via audio, Dial-In, Computer, or Call-Me. When using the “Call-Me” option, the system will automatically join the audio connection when the dial-out call is answered. Although the participant is validated as an authorized attendee, the absence of the “Press 1 to join” possess a security risk of the call being reordered.

RC Meetings customized Log In screen to allow a company to put in a Confidentiality agreement screen in.
If we had the ability to customize the log in screen with a splash screen that would state that by joining the meeting you agree that any information contained in the meeting is confidential and propieatary............ This would be very helpful.

Please add 24hr format and dd/mm/yyyy date format in the web based new meeting dialog
While the desktop app supports 24hr and country specific date format, the web based new meeting dialog seems to be stuck to US American formats. The date format is MM/DD/YYYY and the time format is 12 hr AM/PM despite having the user account settings changed to 24 hr and non-US.For European users this is very inconvenient.

Pixel Book computer (Google)
For the pixel book computer, I downloaded RingCentral meetings app for my company. For my meetings on Ring Central, I need to share my screen with my clients. Initially, I was able to share, but poorly. Now, when I click on share, my clients are not able to see my screen. If you guys could work on the sharing aspect on ring central with a pixel book that would be great.
