Display Name As Required Field Upon Joining Meeting
Suggestion to discard the existing feature which auto-populates a user's "Display name" w/what appears to be a device ID/name and replace that with an empty required field for "Display name" so that users will type a discernible display name that moderators can recognized/verify. This is critical because we cannot currently rename individuals such as those whose display name is set to the device default (which frequently is used because users don't recognize the field upon joining meetings as it's pre-populated with a device string).Benefits anyone moderating calls with a need to verify participants who are without the ability today in…

Option to disable ALL audio enhancements
I post-process my microphone input externally.I did notice there is an "original sound" setting but I am doubtful this applies to noise suppression. Please provide the option to remove ALL voice processing within the RingCentral app.

Ability to import a CSV for panelist invites in RC Webinar
The way our organization utilizes RC Webinar is we send out approximately 100 panelist invites for each of our large conferences so those participating in the meeting can join automatically each day as a Panelist with certain privilege's vs being a member of the attendee list which is what we utilize for our public and non-active participants. It is tedious to have to enter in each name and email each time, and a way to import a CSV file or similar would be greatly embraced!

Voice Activated Closed Caption
Zoom and Google Meeting offer voice activated Closed Caption. Not having to type every word spoken, it hears your voice and rolls out the words on screen

Modify Format of Default Meeting Invite
We would like to be able to modify the default Meeting Information that is automatically created from RC Scheduler. Our users do not like the order the information is displayed in.

Opt out of conversation in Meeting
I am forced to be in the group chat for my organization. Every time someone posts a gif or makes a comment i get a notification. Even though it is just a small red dot i need to check it every time because it might be a message to me. There is no way when not in RC to see if it is for me or just group chat.

Make it easier to join meeting in browser for non-subscribers
We are losing business because our clients can't figure out how to join RC meetings without downloading and installing the client and registering for an account. When they click on a meeting link, please STOP automatically starting to download the client for them, and please make the "Join meeting in browser" option BIG and EASY TO FIND. Right now if they click "Join meeting" it doesn't join them - it starts downloading the client again, and they just get mad and tell us to use Zoom instead.

See entire class while sharing screen!
When you are sharing your screen with a classroom of students as a host, the gallery view of your students turns into a strip of about 4-5 only. There is no way to see the rest of the class until you stop sharing. In a classroom setting, this prohibits a teacher from having a discussion, as they can only see a few of their students while presenting material. It would be great (especially with dual monitors) to be able to maximize the entire gallery view with all participants on one screen and have the shared material on a second screen.

Screen share feature in RC Meetings
Currently, when a host is screen sharing and another participant starts talking, that takes up the entire screen. Instead of the screen doing that, there should be a way for the screen to pop up in another box instead, rather than it being full screen

Should not have to login every time I use the RC plugin in Outlook
I use two different computers during the day and when I switch from one to the other I have to login to the Outlook RingCentral plugin again! What a PITA!

Schedule multiple meetings for the same time
I would like to be able to schedule more than one RC Video Meeting at the same time for different audiences. We use RC for virtual interviewing and often have multiple candidates scheduled at the same time. I create these meetings from my host account and its rather frustrating that it is not possible to have multiple concurrent meetings taking place

Add meeting history for recent meetings
Having recent meeting IDs in the very helpful for meetings that occur regularly. The old app had the last 5 or so meeting IDs available in the drop down, and that would be good to bring back.

Ring Central Desktop App should work with Outlook for Scheduling
For whatever reason RC is phasing out the Ring Central video and using the desktop app directly. This is great however, users cannot see their scheduled meeting without having connected Google or MS O365. What about On-prem users? We do not have MS accounts. Now users cannot see their scheduled meetings. This should be an easy fix as when you do schedule a meeting, the software does open Outlook to send the invite.

Revise the Side-by-side option to allow Viewing of two shared screens
Use Case: As a trainer, we have two participants sharing their screens, following training instructions. Trainer wants to watch both participants enter the information simultaneously. Had hoped that the side-by-side option allowed viewing of both shared screens simultaneously. Currently, all that can be viewed using the side-by-side option is one shared screen and the participants. As per the community support response, the only recourse is to activate multiple shared screens and toggle between the shared screens.

Manage Branding - customize url, logos, backgrounds, watermarks in Meetings, Invitations
As a user paid commercial white label of Zoom we expect RC to offer the same features at a minimum. Currently branding is only supported in a limited way in webinars at RC. What we need is at LEAST the same features Zoom supports. Allow special characters in user last name field
We would like to be able to show our pronouns next to our last name, but the field doesn't allow special characters in the name field. Please either add a new field for pronouns, that would show next to the name in the RingCentral Meetings app, or allow special characters in the last name field.

Please provide a way to link a RC Meeting to a Calendly appointment. Zoom provides this already.
Zoom already has a link to Calendly so that clients have the option to set up a Zoom meeting. It is time consuming and confusing for all parties to have to reconnect with clients to give them RC meeting details after they have set up a meeting in Calendly.
