For tech-savvy users, it is important to keep files accordingly. For example, many users would prefer to keep C: drive as spacious as possible with all of their apps (excluding system apps) to be on another drive. This also helps the users to have clean and systematic files hierarchy throughout their systems—just as how people would organize their drawers by grouping together similar folders.

Identify Speaker In Transcripts
The new transcript feature is great, but identifies speakers as "speaker 1", "speaker 2", etc. Their names are typically in the meeting, so it would be good to have their names used in the transcripts.

A button on video meeting to schedule a followup meeting with the same invitees that opens a meeting scheduler pre-populated with the the meeting title + followup, the invitees and just needs the day and time confirmed.

Need Brower Support for Firefox and Safari immediately
Ability to join a meeting via browser. Currently Chrome and Edge are the only supported browsers. We have Gov customers who can't use Chrome or Edge for security reasons. We desperately need Firefox and Safari support.

Lunch Mode on and off Toggle Button
We would like to see an on and off button for "lunch" mode rather than a set schedule. Our receptionist takes her lunch break at different times everyday so we are having to change the custom settings EVERY day.

Per user ability to disable waiting/hold music
I often connect to meeting space 5-10 min early, as a courtesy to other participants, and the on-hold/waiting music becomes increasingly annoying the longer I'm subjected to it.Please provide a means for individual participants to opt-out of that slow torture.

When moderating a meeting and multiple participants raise their hand, it would be good to know which individual to call on first, next etc.. by listing them in order.

Add annotation to mobile apps
These are very helpful for sketching out engineering concepts for meetings with coworkers and clients, especially when paired with Apple Pencil on an iPad, and this functionality exists in Zoom, including the white-label version that is the legacy RingCentral Meetings

Undock Participants Window and Highlight speaker
Feature to drag participants window outside meeting window helps when you are sharing screen while still keeping track of attendees off the screen, capturing screenshots and less annoying.Highlight and make speaker first in the gallery or participants list is better user experience and prevent from scrolling to find out who is talking

Integration with Learning Management system(s) for Virtual classroom events
During Covid being remote is the most probable option everyone is using. Being said that Virtual classroom trainings is becoming popular.Lost of the Learning management systems are opting a virtual meeting platform which can be integrated with LMS for better user experience when users try to launch trainings. If RCV can get integrated with LMS like (SabaCLoud, Cornerstone, Docebo etc.) lot of organizations would opt this option. By adding this integration it will be seamless to track attendance, tracking, launch, completeness of trainings without manual intervention for training coordinators or instructors.

Automatically deny incoming calls while on RCV Meetings
My users are up in arms about this - it's completely absurd we're even dealing with this. When you are on a RCV meeting - EVEN WHEN RECORDING - incoming calls directly to you or from a queue will popup on screen AND YOU WILL HEAR THE RINGTONE. What in the hell were the developers thinking?? Did they honestly think this was an acceptable solution for business/enterprise users? RC support's "solution" is to have users manually turn on DND or turn off the "Accept queue calls" slider. Now I have 90 people (whom I can rarely get to remember to…
