    Allow a participant to remotely control the mouse and keyboard for someone who in the meeting who is sharing their desktop.

  8. Show my connection status when I'm sharing. And let me mute myself.

    when I'm sharing I have no idea if my connection satisfies requirement to share.also I don`t know if anyone can hear me.and I'd like to have an option rapidly mute myself if something happening when I'm sharing.So my proposal is to enrich floating top panel with two buttons. One for mute/unmute. And another for looking connection details when it clicked (not hovering, but exactly clicked)

  10. Enable and Disable Virtual Background with a simple switch or keyboard shortcut

    If I use virtual backgrounds and need to use a secondary camera to show features on a phone or how to perform a task, etc... I need to go in to video settings to click off virtual backgrounds before I can switch the camera. This is time consuming and painful. If I don't need to modify any of the virtual background settings, I should be able to easily toggle the background on or off with a switch or keyboard shortcut.

  12. Video Preview

    I would like to have the ability to preview my video image before joining/sharing with the group in a video meeting. This way one can check to make sure there is nothing embarrasing in the back ground, check your hair, or just to make sure the picture is appropriate before sharing with others.

  13. Automatically switch to do not disturb while in video meeting

    I attend a large amount of video meetings each day and it would be nice if the tool will automatically put me into do not disturb when I join a meeting. Many times my phone rings during the call and I have to send it to voicemail and then manually put myself into do not disturb to prevent further interruptions.

    Research shows meetings are more tiring if you're seeing an image of yourself.There should be an option to hide self view. Moving into a gallery view is not the same, you are still visible.

  15. Waiting Room Enhancement: Send a chat message to waiting room

    when using RCV to conduct/host a round table, it's beneficial to hold attendees in the waiting room and to be able to send them a message, e.g. starting in 2 minutes

  16. Support emojis, GIFS and Paste images and videos directly into Chat

    Now chat only supports text. MS Teams allows a MUCH richer experience in Chat, with emoticons, GIFs, copy and paste images and videos.

  17. Agenda and timer host tools for managing meetings

    I would love to have more built in tools as a meeting host on managing my meeting set up and live meetings. A timer to track topics and a way to have the agenda topics show up on the screen in a way where you can easily manage your meeting would be cool and a differentiator from our competitors. Imagine I set up a meeting, I am able to build out an agenda with links to any decks or materials I need for my meeting. The agenda is automatically added to my meeting information in Outlook.
