Share recording to an individual or team within the RC App
Similar to how we can share files within the RC App between individuals and teams, it would be helpful to share recordings. Sharing recordings within the RC App allows for a seamless user experience, eliminates the need to download and attach mp4's or even send emails of recordings. It also highlights our RC App - unlimited file sharing and file size! Please see attached screenshot of where the share button could go. Thanks team!

Adjust background
It would be great to have the ability to adjust how much of your background scenery is visible. To be able to zoom in or out to reduce or increase the how much of your background view is available.

Are we able to use breakout rooms with ring central?
When presenting a virtual cafe ,the group splits into 2- 4 groups are we able to spearate the groups for privacy?If this enhancement already exists ,how is it used?

Small thumbnail video of what people see when you are screen sharing
There rarely goes a meeting where people ask for confirmation of can you see what I am sharing or someone shares and incorrect screen/application. Create a small thumbnail view of what you are screen sharing. Similar to the thumbnail of the video of yourself.

I would like to have Active Speaker view where I can see the active speaker in a larger view. Or when screen sharing I would like to see the active speaker in a window.

Sometimes, I don't wanna hear participants from the meeting for a while, because I should talk to a person from another chat/meeting, And when I try to say something to another chat, I can be confused w/ a talking from previous meeting. Also accidentally the talking from the previous meeting could be passed through my external speakers to a new meeting.Also It would be nice to add a voice control panel (from 0 to 100%) to manage the audio level for the peculiar meeting

COntacts no available when adding video by phone number
Its pretty dumb that when you start a meeting and want to invite by phone, you cant see who the phone number belongs to ?It should show all contacts and numbers

Support of MUTE button of bluetooth headset in RC meeting
Some of bluetooth headset like Plantronics/Poly Voyager Focus UC, for example, have a MUTE button. Desktop version of ZOOM has a functionality that the MUTE button on the headphones controls the Mute / Unmute option in the conference, which is quite convenient. By the way, web version of ZOOM has no such option.

A button/link/menu item that quickly schedules a follow-up meeting (e.g. in Outlook) with the same participants.
