  4. Icons that indicate if on a call or are in a video meeting

    Next level of presence seems to be taking it beyond just if someone is busy, and indicating they are in a video meeting or on a call. Sometimes depending on who I am trying to get a hold of it may be ok to ping them if in a video meeting but not on a call or vice versa.

    It is difficult to always have to move the video of myself floating around. It would be nice to be able to dock it with all of the other participants.

    I follow written foreign languages better than verbal conversations - reading the text in a simultalneous translation would help

  9. Turn off incoming video

    When you on a poor network conditions, it's impossible now to reduce incoming traffic, so you have to ask all people to turn off all cameras to just be able to speak/hear.I'd like to have an option to disable incoming videos to reduce my incoming traffic to hear better others.

  11. See meetings I've scheduled on my home page

    If I schedule a meeting and send out the invite, why can I not find that scheduled meeting on my home page? I should be able to access it from my own website instead of having to find the intial link I copied and sent out to guests.

    ...ext to your next meeting - 'Wrapping up, be there in 2'. Many executives move from one meeting to another without a break... they are often scrambling to find if they have one and what the meeting link is. For such power users who live day in and out in their meetings window, It would be useful to have Netflix-style prompts:In the bottom right corner: a count-down timer to when the next meeting startsa live view of meeting participants as they join the next meeting - allows the participant to see if they have a few more seconds of conversation…

  16. Add countdown timer for "be right back"

    A way for participants to put in a countdown clock timer if they are stepping away for 5/10 mins of break or another meeting. Will be helpful for long meetings/workshops. Even if someone is joining late, can login and switch-on the timer so that you dont have to hunt him/her down knowing that he has joined and will be available soon. Also useful for office hours like situation where the instructor has stepped away for a break so new person joins in and knows whats going on. Its a Amazon Chime feature currently, I have found it useful.

  18. Button for requesting access to recording

    My colleagues recorded the meeting. They posted the link to this recording on Wiki page. I can see the page and the link.But when I open the link - there is only message "Please ask the host for access to this recording"But I have no idea who was the host for this meeting.There should be a button for requesting the access.I logged in RCV. My ID could be sent to the host.No info is required about the host. The host will get a notification and decide - should I get the access or not.

  19. Add meeting ID to meeting summary email

    Meeting ID should be displayed in the meeting summary. This will help when people join meetings that have a generic name ahead of time, allowing the person to know which meeting was joined so they can communicate with the group.As of right now, the host has to login to v.ringcentral.com, and look at recents to know what the meeting ID was.

  20. would like to be able to "flip" my virtual background (as it shows up backwards when I upload a picture).

    Zoom has the ability to "flip" your background so it shows up correctly to viewers. Currently when I upload a picture for a virtual background it shows up backwards.
