Ability to create a folder within RingSense and allow or assign specified users or teams access (i.e. folder for just managers to review.) Currently limited to share privately or completely public or individually to specific users.

Ability to search by a customer's phone number in the search bar without having to follow a specific format. Right now the search bar seems overly dependent on the number format (w/ plus sign, hyphenated, etc.)

"Share" button not automatically enabled when UI detects email address
When attempting to share a call externally, the platform currently requires the end user to type in an email address + a comma or to press "Enter" for the Share button to appear. It would be much for intuitive for the UI to automatically recognize an email address has been added and highlight the "Share" button to send.

Additionally, the sharing dialog now provides the capability to select AI insights to share.

RingSense: Add the ability to share the comments and feedback when externally sharing a call.
When sharing calls outside of RingSense, the information is limited to the call/video recording, summary, and transcript of the call. Would like the added functionality to share the comments and feedback from the call.

Spanish Support for RingSense Transcription and Translation (to English)

Add average AI generated score and rename columns on the Scorecards tab within the Coaching tab
On the Leaderboard within Coaching > Scorecards, add in "Average AI Score" as a column and change "Average Score" to "Average Human Score." Placement should be to the right of "Average Human Score" on Leaderboard. On the table below, add in "Average Human Score" to the right of Scored ("Scored" could be changed to scored by human)

RingSense: Payment/Plan Option to extend 1yr Call Retention
The suggestion is to be able to have a payment option for customers to be able to retain the calls in RingSense for a longer period of time. Many customers need this for compliance purposes. A related request would be to be able to extend the retention based on factors like call duration, call queue and extension.

Adding Custom Notifications within RingSense
To increase user adoption, RingSense (for Sales) should alert the Manager when there is relevant information. For example:
- if a manager leaves a coaching comment, a notification gets sent
- a weekly summary to show week over week progress for the AE and his/her manager.
- an email to remind that the manager has not reviewed any recordings for a specific period of time (for his/her team or for a specific individual).21 votesDaily/weekly/monthly email notifications can be configured for a saved view that a user creates on the Calls page.

Assign Scorecards based on Team/Individual
Currently when filling out scorecards, you can only apply all the scorecards to all the calls, then scroll through which ones you do/don't want to grade. Ideally, being able to create a scorecard and assign it (just like you would a role in the admin portal) to a team/individual would make it smoother and a better experience for managers.
9 votesRingSense has added support to assign scorecards to specific teams; call types; duration; source etc. These filters can be used for precise targeting of a scorecard.
