Our Regional directors would like to have the ability to receive automated reports that show negative metrics and trackers that are being tagged with URL links that direct them to the call. The reports should include the total calls per location or extension and the percentage of how many of those calls were tagged by the trackers.
Our biggest trackers are Competitor Mentions and Gatekeeping
They want to have a visual of how many calls are being tagged and why.
