    Told by support on 10/16 that the only way to gather this info is to manually pull the call records and do the math in the provided excel documents. Please expedite this feature request as it makes piloting these services verify frustrating and time consuming to manually calculate adoption rate

    I am looking forward to add a feature to see the previous months usage ( total number of minutes) within this usage counter.
