RingSense Scorecard-Non Applicable (N/A) to only be selectable as a score for specific questions
We asked for Non Applicable to be included as part of the Scorecard template. We are really happy this has been added, HOWEVER, in Admin it needs to ONLY be selectable for specific questions, not all questions. The overall scoring will be inconsistent if a Team Leader chooses N/A when it doesn't apply to that question and it should be either a Yes or a No .
When setting up the template question, there should be an option to choose whether N/A should be applied to that question.
9 votesRingSense/ACE now allows flexibility to mark a scorecard question as mandatory or optional
As an admin, you can specify which questions are optional v/s required. See the attached screenshot.
Key benefits of this feature include:
- Ensures consistent evaluations by making critical questions mandatory
- Enables flexible scoring with optional questions for non-applicable scenarios
- Gives admins tighter control over quality standards and compliance requirements

Ringsense Call scoring
It appears that the issue with scorecards where you can now change a score to Yes/No/NA is fixed which is great. From there, we can just edit and submit which then shows that we monitored the call. However, if a call was scored without making any changes on the scorecard (because the AI score is already accurate) it does not notify/ show that we already monitored the call.
Plus, it would be helpful if there's a Scorecard reporting that shows agent monitored/scorecard used/scorecard score/date/and a call identifier.
7 votesI'm glad to announce that this feature has now been implemented. Any scorecard will be attributed to the managers who audited the scorecard even if they didn't make any changes to AI score. This will ensure accurate reporting for managers

ACE Sentiment API Access
Team - We have a current customer (Relation Insurance - UID: 2077623020) who are power users for ACE and steadily growing to beyond 400 agents... They are requesting API access to the Sentiment portion of ACE. Their use case is below:
"This is a must have for all users of the product. This is one of the main use cases for using the RingSense product and the fact that we cannot export your sentiment score means we need to take the call transcripts and recalculate this ourselves so the data can interact with other system. Diminishing the value of the…

Allow configurable call duration threshold for keyword recognition in Trackers
Currently, in ACE (formerly known as RingSense), keyword recognition associated with Trackers generally requires calls to be longer than 2 minutes before keywords are detected and logged.
This behavior can limit the usefulness of Trackers for organizations that frequently handle short-duration calls, such as quick inquiries, confirmations, appointment scheduling, or brief customer interactions. In these cases, important keywords may still be spoken but are not captured because the call duration falls below the minimum threshold.
Proposed Enhancement:
Introduce a configurable setting that allows administrators to adjust the minimum call duration threshold required for keyword recognition in Trackers.2 votesI'm happy to announce that keyword trackers are now being applied for any calls > 10 seconds. This should help trigger trackers for brief customer interactions.

Export/Print Option for Monthly Coaching Insights in RingSense.
We would like the ability to export or print the Monthly Coaching Insights from RingCX, ideally to Excel or PDF format. This would allow us to keep records of performance feedback shared with agents, support follow-up coaching sessions, and maintain internal documentation.
4 votesWe've introduced a new report called development plan report. This report should give you the capability to export the monthly coaching insights data for all your agents.

Ability to Change Implicit Team Names
Currently, an implicit team is built when you assign a user in the system a manager. That manager's name will be the team name (John Doe's Team) and cannot be changed. Many customers would like to be able to edit this team name because they have teams that are not associated directly with that manager. Ex. John Doe is the manager of Target Hospital Denver and has an implicit team so that he can only see his Target Hospital Denver team. A regional director wants to see all hospitals teams, but doesn't want to see John Doe's name, just the…

Ability to use RingSense on Queue Calls
Being able to use RingSense on call queue calls would be greatly helpful. At this point RingSense captures all non-queue calls and only a handful of queue calls, but a bulk of our inbound call handling is done through a call queue, effectively making RingSense useless for our use case.
49 votesSee "Call Queue" filter in "All filters" on the Calls page.

Scoring
It would be appreciated if the score for calls did not need a human to review the call to complete the scoring. Most of our calls have only a partial score and require a person to go in and review the call to add the score for those sections. This creates more work for the people involved rather than simplifying by having the AI score the whole call and allowing us to focus on where the AI has identified the need for improvement.
1 voteThis feature is now live on your account. As an admin, you can mark scorecard questions as required or optional. AI will automatically fill out all required questions ensuring no human scoring is needed.

The title of the uploaded calls in RingSense should sync with the RingCentral contacts list.
The title of the uploaded calls in RingSense should be synchronized with the RC Contact list. It should display the contact name instead of just showing the phone number when calls are uploaded, similar to the Call Logs, where the saved contact name from the Personal Contact List is displayed rather than just the phone number.

Notifications for Specific trackers
There needs to be a notification option for when a specific tracker is triggered in a call. This would allow us to use our customized trackers and catch potentially missed sales opportunities by creating the ability to immediately follow up.
6 votesI'm pleased to announce that this feature is now live on your account. You can use RingSense to create a saved view (which is just a selection of filters of interest, eg: trackers). Please find additional details here - https://support.ringcentral.com/article-v2/Searching-for-calls.html?brand=RingCentral&product=RingSense&language=en_US
Along with this we also recently launched a feature to enable immediate notifications for any saved view. This will allow you to get immediately notified when the alert criteria is met.

if scorecards can show timestamps for when the behaviors are observed.
5 votesThanks again for the suggestion! I’m pleased to let you know that we’ve added this feature—it’s now live and ready to use.
RingSense AI now annotates the timestamp where the certain situation was observed based on the scorecard question. This should allow you to easily jump to relative sections in the conversations while reviewing the call.
Please find the attached screenshot which details the section where you can find the player in the AI scorecard.
