Spanish Support for RingSense Transcription and Translation (to English)
Ability to transcribe calls spoken in Spanish in Spanish within the RingSense transcript with the added functionality to translate to English if managers cannot speak/read Spanish

Option for French translations via transcripts . The transcripts that are available within "interactions" for the french speaking calls, can the transcript be provided in French and English.
This is for quality assurance purposes. So we may review/grade the quality of performance for English as well as French calls.
the transcripts for calls in French - the transcript is also in French. This creates a copy and paste workflow to Quality Assure Check any interactions so they can be reviewed in English. -

Transcription is not good for spanish when a summary of the call is being done by AI or in ringsense on the backend. It is completely wrong

This and any other Spanish lanuage capabilities would greatly expand our use of ringcentral with our other offices accross Mexico.
