Here are additional details from our customer about this is related to this feature request.
1. Additional details for the feature that you are requesting: I am wanting to be able to show across all deskphones in the office a red light/blinking red light when one person is on dnd from their deskphone
2. What problem are you trying to solve or what problems does the current functionality cause? Anyone that is on dnd/blf key shows idle on their deskphones causing wasted time/ customer gets sent to dnd person to just get a voicemail.
3. How do you want the feature/product to work (proposed solution)? Someone in the office presses dnd key and their phone blf shows red/flashing red. That way to know we are in a meeting. -

Additional details for the feature that you are requesting:
1. What is your use case for this feature request?We are a government agency in the state of florida. This means we need to provide public records for almost anything based on existing rules and guidance. For chatting, the City has MS Teams as a chat standard, so this would be the platform of choice for many reasons.
What problem are you trying to solve or what problems does the current functionality cause?
Ring central has no search capabilities for public records in any consolidated way.
How do you want the feature/product to work (proposed solution)?
I want the ring central chat capability to seamlessly work so that it uses MS Teams, or that I can disable it at the system level in ring central.Main main Jordan shared this idea ·

cx needs a feature for our call queue to announce how many calls are ahead of the caller and how long is the wait time.

Option for French translations via transcripts . The transcripts that are available within "interactions" for the french speaking calls, can the transcript be provided in French and English.
This is for quality assurance purposes. So we may review/grade the quality of performance for English as well as French calls.
the transcripts for calls in French - the transcript is also in French. This creates a copy and paste workflow to Quality Assure Check any interactions so they can be reviewed in English.
