I don't wear my headset all day long, and I've been missing calls because there's no pop-up if the phone is ringing, unless you're in the application. I cannot keep only my web version open, I have to multitask, so I am in various web pages throughout the day. I would love to have a separate pop-up to show me a call is coming in. I used to use DialPad and it had a pop-up for calls. Please consider adding this function to RingCentral.

Since favorites transfer isnt avail anymore, this would greatly help

I concur with the previous commentors. This would be very beneficial to the user experience.

Agreed, while clicking the 'x' on the pop-up window (which keeps the call connected), it is an unnecessary step for say a receptionist who uses the "Favorites" as her buttonbox. Added note, even after x-ing out the pop-up to get back to the original call screen, the Favorites screen has now changed requiring more steps to get back to that screen. It would be beneficial to have this pop-up as a toggled option.

This is really something we need, it would highly benefit the use for everyone
