This feature limitation is now a frustration point for our customer recently put on RC. This idea is now a year old, how can we get this expedited?

Agreed, while clicking the 'x' on the pop-up window (which keeps the call connected), it is an unnecessary step for say a receptionist who uses the "Favorites" as her buttonbox. Added note, even after x-ing out the pop-up to get back to the original call screen, the Favorites screen has now changed requiring more steps to get back to that screen. It would be beneficial to have this pop-up as a toggled option.

This feature is currently in open beta and available for all!
I have to concur with the sentiment from the others on here. Is there a reason this is still under review?
