    Currently, the AI Receptionist minutes run out too quickly and become very costly for businesses. I believe there is a great opportunity for you to create an affordable unlimited plan.

    By offering unlimited usage at a fair price, more businesses will adopt your service, increasing your customer base and making your product more competitive compared to other providers.     Requesting the ability to record the portion of calls handled by the AI Receptionist, in addition to the current transcript functionality.

    Description:
    Currently, the AI Receptionist provides only a transcript of its interaction with callers. However, there is no audio recording available for this portion of the call. Call recording is only activated after the call is transferred to an extension with call recording enabled.

    Having access to the actual audio of the AI Receptionist's portion of the call would provide the following benefits:

    Improve quality assurance and training by reviewing how the AI interacts with callers.

  4. We love to utilize AIR to enhance our text messaging support. For instance, when a customer sends an SMS to our main number, AIR automatically responds with an SMS to assist them, similar to how it would handle a phone call.

  5. AI is always asking a confirmation "Got it, I'm preparing to assist with your sales inquiry. I can transfer you to our sales team. Would you like me to do that?" before the transfer.
    A setting to remove this confirmation message to transfer the call directly after triggering the context rule would be more efficient.

  8. It would be a really nice addition if we can have our existing Call Queue/s as a back-up extension for our AI Receptionist. Having it in the Skill "Transfer by context" is a good thing already. But having it as a back-up extension would be much more helpful in times that the AI cannot rely on the context. Hoping to see this feature added in the future.

  10. Today I was testing the AI receptionist that I set up for my business earlier this week. The text feature was offered by the AI receptionist but it was not working. I tried multiple phone numbers, and I chatted with a tech person to make sure my account was set up correctly. It was.   12. Edit address entry on AI receptionist, Location, and business hours

    When an incorrect address is entered on the 1st main entry, it creates confusion if the entry is just disabled. There is an option to hide disabled entries, but having the option to edit them is ideal.

Currently, when a client calls and states "I want to speak to a human", AI Receptionist will automatically offer to transfer the caller to a "receptionist", even when the transfer options in the AIR studio are toggled off. If the caller states "Live human", it will tell the caller there is nobody to take the call, but the specific phrase "I want to speak to a human", the AI receptionist will constantly offer to transfer to a receptionist that doesn't exist.   17. The receptionist sounds too robotic and doesn't respond to inputs fast enough. If the caller cuts in or interrupts the AI, it should pause what it is saying to receive and respond to the new inputs.

    There is also strange clicking noise for every response that needs to go away.

    The voices are much better than RCs text to speech in the AA section, granted, but it still "feels" robotic. I understand there is a balance to making sure people know they aren't talking to a human but there are still some annoying things about this AI that could be…

  18. Ability to transfer by context. There should be an option to transfer incoming calls to a message-only extension that automatically plays either the default or custom voicemail greeting.
