  1. RingCentral for SalesForce: unique cti layout for sales, support etc

    SFDC users span the organization: sales, support, etc. Data collection (logging calls) may be specific to each group. Problem: In Cloud phone settings, Admins have the ability configure a single cti layoutSolution: A unique cti layout associated to a unique softphone layout or role, would allow unique data collection per group of users. see image

  2. Streaming music to be played to users on hold; music needs to match what's being played in store

    Note, each example uses a different type of streaming music. If this item is considered, we could offer a "one size fits all" option that the customer could choose to implement. We are not advocating for every individual instance
