Currently the RingCentral CarPlay support is not great if you compare it to iMessage.It would be fantastic if the RingCentral app itself was made available in Apple CarPlay so that you could scroll through and see your contacts, see your texts, and click on a contact and call them, all from the CarPlay dashboard.Currently, only voice commands are supported, which isn't always very helpful. Currently, there is no way to look at a list of my unread or recently received messages and then reply to messages in an order different than the order they were received.If this change could be added it would be huge for the construction and logistics industry, where many people rely on CarPlay to make and receive texts / calls while driving.
